First do your grounding (walk barefoot on grass ground for 15 minutes) then sit down meditation or your can do standing meditation.

Ask and feel the earth energy providing your the sense of stability, visualize and feel the earth qi is slowly crawling up to your entire body, ask the 9 Earth to increase your layer of protection, make your competitor, enemy or other people don't feel threatened by you, as a matter of fact you are abundant of positivity, exuding positive energy to empower more people.

Ask 9 Earth to repel and bounce any negative attack over you, increase your golden light bubble up to 3 layers, slowly expand the golden bubble up to 20 to 30ft, feel you body are covered by this golden light bubble.

And last one for today, between 930pm until 1059pm | East direction.

Ask Great Moon to bring you "timely answer or information" everytime you feel stuck or uncertain.
