SUMMARY OF ARGUMENT 

The President has broad authority to issue military orders, with some noteworthy limitations. One such limitation is that the President has no authority to order the military to assassinate someone because he is a political rival. Nor would the military carry out such an unlawful order. Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), any military officer who carried out or issued such an order would commit the crime of murder. In addition, Executive Order 12333 prohibits any person employed by the U.S. government from engaging in, or conspiring to engage in, assassination. Thus, no military officer has the legal authority to issue or carry out an order requiring murder or assassination.  

CONCLUSION 

A President cannot order an elite military unit to kill a political rival, and the members of the military are required not to carry out such an unlawful order; it would be a crime to do so. To the extent that the judgment of the Court of Appeals was based on a contrary understanding, the judgment should be vacated or reversed.  

This is an exoneration of what a President can do. But it's also a public disclosure of something that will be unveiled. Who's going to be the first arrest? 

This is a Special Operation. It wasn't built on your timeline. They had to do this once and do it lawfully and right and make sure it was COMPLETE which means every intricate layer, level, and detail.

Per Title 3 Section 15, you’ll notice that the last line of it specifically says :

"No votes or papers from any other State shall be acted upon until the objections previously made to the votes or papers from any State shall have been finally disposed of."

Wow, that’s a kind of odd there because the first time in the United States History, the world as a jury witnessed 2 Objections take place in the state of Arizona count.

However, what’s prescribed in Law, a.k.a. the Highest Law of the Land, a.k.a. the Constitution, what’s prescribed in it... did not take place.

Conveniently two, 20,000 lb. rotunda doors just so happened to open from the inside...

Meaning those doors open from the inside, only, meaning someone unlocked those and were ready to be breached.

So, if that had been a real insurrection or civil disturbance, and if the Democrats were about the constitution in which they claim they also support, then they would have done everything as prescribed by the law, the constitution, and still certified Joe Biden as president, if he were the actual victor.

Because if he was the actual victor, the votes would’ve still been the same.

And if there was no discrepancy in the vote count in the state of Arizona, those votes still would have been the same.

So why didn't the Democrats stop the vote and go into a special chamber to sort out the objections with the state of Arizona via the Constitution?

Why did they rush through all the State Certifications and certify "Joe?"

Congress broke Title 3, Title 18, and Title 52 on January 6, 2021 with the world as a witness and jury. Those in the links below. 

An insurrection is not Unconstitutional nor does it negate why Congress couldn't fulfill the Law the rest of that day.

If they could go back in and certify votes... they could do exactly what the Constitution says when Objections take place.

The strategy is a form of Nash equilibrium in which, once armed, neither side has any incentive to initiate a conflict or to disarm.

The result is nuclear peace, in which the presence of nuclear weapons decreases the risk of crisis escalation, since parties will seek to avoid situations that could lead to the use of nuclear weapons. Proponents of nuclear peace theory therefore believe that controlled nuclear proliferation may be beneficial for global stability. 

The doctrine further assumes that neither side will dare to launch a first strike because the other side would launch on warning (also called fail-deadly) or with surviving forces (a second strike), resulting in unacceptable losses for both parties. The payoff of the MAD doctrine was and still is expected to be a tense but stable global peace.

On February 2, 2019, the US suspended its compliance with the INF Treaty following an announcement by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo the day prior. 

In a statement, Trump said there was a six-month timeline for full withdrawal and INF Treaty termination if the Russian Federation did not come back into compliance within that period.

The same day, Putin announced that Russia had also suspended the INF Treaty in a 'mirror response' to Trump's decision, effective that day.

Now, study the post President Trump made on March 2, 2025.

"Trump played both sides like a master chess player. In the end, Zelenskyy will have no choice but to concede, because without U.S. support, Ukraine cannot win a prolonged war against Russia.
