The Adjutant General reports to the Governor unless the National Guard has been Federalized by Title 10. 

Title 10 = Presidential Authority Only. 

14 States deployed their NG to Texas in February 2024. President Trump was with the Governor and Adjutant General in February 2024 and told the whole world it's an invasion and a war.

If "Joe Biden" was the Sitting President, how come "he" was never seen with the Governor or Adjutant General? 

If "Joe Biden" was the Sitting President, President Trump holding a major Press Conference with the Governor and TAG would have been a Breach of National Security which would bring multiple Federal charges.

March 11, 2025, New York Senators wrote a letter to President Trump to Federalize the National Guard to Active-Duty. The Army has reported 8,200 NG are on Active-Duty this month. Where's that Order? 

There's nothing on the Federal Register or WhiteHouse dot Gov from March 11 to present day. 

There's also no Orders immediately ahead of those 14 States deploying to Texas in February 2024. 

The ONLY Title 10 Federalization Order in place is Executive Order 13912 from March 27, 2020. Which also then validates the Foundational Order put in the War Powers Act of 1973, which is Section 1550 found in Title 50 Chapter 33 from December 20, 2019, 

As the Army has 2023 Reports show the NG on Active-Duty in Civil Operations in New York Subways in 2022 and 2023. 

President Trump met with 12 Foreign Leaders, 13 different times from April to December 2024 at Trump Tower and Mar-a-Lago which are private establishments. Biden and Obama used the Logan Act on General Michael Flynn, which is 18 USC 953, which is 'Private Correspondence with a Foreign Leader.' So, if "Joe Biden" was Sitting President, President Trump would be stupid to meet with 12 Foreign Leaders and it all be publicized to the world. 

Title 18 = Federal Criminal Code. Federal Crimes and Criminal Procedures. 

So, if President Trump was a Former President, with the whole world as witness and jury, why didn't "Biden Admin" and Democrats charge President Trump with a clear Title 18 violation, 12 different charges?

INF Treaty = Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty.

This prompted Putin to state that Russia would not launch first in a nuclear conflict but would "annihilate" any adversary, essentially re-stating the policy of "Mutually Assured Destruction". 

Mutual assured destruction (MAD) is a doctrine of military strategy and national security policy which posits that a full-scale use of nuclear weapons by an attacker on a nuclear-armed defender with second-strike capabilities would result in the complete annihilation of both the attacker and the defender. It is based on the theory of rational deterrence, which holds that the threat of using strong weapons against the enemy prevents the enemy's use of those same weapons. The strategy is a form of Nash equilibrium in which, once armed, neither side has any incentive to initiate a conflict or to disarm.

The result is nuclear peace, in which the presence of nuclear weapons decreases the risk of crisis escalation, since parties will seek to avoid situations that could lead to the use of nuclear weapons. Proponents of nuclear peace theory therefore believe that controlled nuclear proliferation may be beneficial for global stability. 

The doctrine further assumes that neither side will dare to launch a first strike because the other side would launch on warning (also called fail-deadly) or with surviving forces (a second strike), resulting in unacceptable losses for both parties. On February 2, 2019, the US suspended its compliance with the INF Treaty following an announcement by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo the day prior. 

In a statement, Trump said there was a six-month timeline for full withdrawal and INF Treaty termination if the Russian Federation did not come back into compliance within that period.

The same day, Putin announced that Russia had also suspended the INF Treaty in a 'mirror response' to Trump's decision, effective that day.

Now, study the post President Trump made on March 2, 2025.

"Trump played both sides like a master chess player. In the end, Zelenskyy will have no choice but to concede, because without U.S. support, Ukraine cannot win a prolonged war against Russia. That supports the global stability mentioned in MAD, and leaving the INF Treaty, but also points out that Russia did not invade Ukraine. 

Because if they did... how come it didn't trigger massive international consequences from the other NATO countries? Do you see those Nations obliterating Russia?
