There’s a 2023 NYNG Report of the Soldiers on Duty in the Subways; there’s zero Title 31 Order from Governor Hochul.
The ONLY order in place: Executive Order 13912.
The troop count went from 2,823 to 8,200.
In Feb. 2024, 14 states deployed to Texas.
President Trump was the ONLY President to appear at the border.
In February 2024, he was visually seen on World TV with the Governor and Adjutant General of Texas.
That was a visual of Chain of Command/Rank Structure.
There also was no Executive Order, Proclamation or Executive Action in or immediately before February 2024.
As there’s no Order in place after March 11, 2025, for the NYNG that are on duty aka Federalized.
That’s because there is no need for any about February 2024 or March 2025…
Because there is already a massive Federalization Order in place that was not revoked by “Biden” / “Harris” with their 2021–2023 Democratic Controlled House and Senate.
Executive Order 13912 signed March 27, 2020, Federalized 1 Million Reserve Components, invoking 10 USC §12302.
That Order is in the first 180-days clause found in Title 50 Chapter 33 Section §1550 put there on December 20, 2019.
Title 50 = War and National Defense.
Chapter 33 = War Powers Act of 1973.
The United States Supreme Court just ruled that President Trump has full Constitutional authority to invoke 1798 Aliens and Seditions Act…
That’s a Wartime Order.
Because He’s a Supreme Commander, Military Governor, Wartime President.
