But as of April 8, 2025, more than 8,200 NYNG have been Federalized for duty via Title 10.
The Adjutant General reports to Governor unless the National Guard have been Federalized by Title 10.
The TAG then reports to CIC.
The only person who can Federalize the National Guard to Active-Duty is the president, Title 10.
In Feb. 2024, 14 states deployed to Texas.
President Trump was the ONLY President to appear at the border.
In February 2024, he was visually seen on World TV with the Governor and Adjutant General of Texas.
That was a visual of Chain of Command/Rank Structure.

The United States Supreme Court just ruled that President Trump has full Constitutional authority to invoke 1798 Aliens and Seditions Act…
