That’s all he said.
But guess what’s its full title is?
Alien and Sedition Acts.
They’re a set of 4 Laws that apply to Immigration AND Speech.
The Sedition Act portion criminalizes false and malicious statements about the federal government.
Which is why He mentioned a Digital Bill of Rights in his speech on December 15, 2022, anniversary of ratification of Bill of Rights, December 15, 1791.
He’s also mentioned amendment to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act which shields online platforms from being held legally liable for content posted by their users, meaning they’re not the “publisher” of the content…
So, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.
This will quell a lot of the platforms that’s false, misleading, misinformation, false information, false accusations, etc.
That won’t be platforms showing Laws and Orders 💯🫡🇺🇸
