So, this tackles two scenarios at once. 

Republicans and Liberals. 

There's two subjects that should stand alone when you're talking America.

Children and the Military.

The Founders started a War, April 19, 1775, formed the Continental Army, June 14, 1775, the first Military Laws, June 30, 1775, the Continental Navy, October 13, 1775, the Marines, November 10, 1775, and the first Flag, the Union Jack, December 3, 1775.

Hard to believe we have to spell it out that 1775 came before 1776. 

The Declaration of Independence came before the 1st Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, November 15, 1777. 

Every premise of subjects relating to Government, came from this Foundation.

A Nation who forgets her origin and foundation, isn't much of a Nation at all. 

Luckily, there's enough of us left who didn't forget, but that's why it had to be Unconventional Warfare using Irregular Warfare and Forces in Special Operations: Clandestine and Covert.

If the Laws and Orders did not matter, Liberals wouldn't be losing their minds right now.

Only problem is... they only know 'Laws and Orders' as a shell, not the actual Laws and Orders.

Liberals NEVER quote from the Revolutionary period or the Declaration of Independence.

Which means they don't even know what to fight for.

Congress has delegated at least 136 distinct statutory emergency powers to the President, each available upon the declaration of an emergency. Only 13 of these require a declaration from Congress; the remaining 123 are assumed by an executive declaration with no further Congressional input.

The United States Constitution implicitly provides some emergency powers in the article about the executive power:

Congress may authorize the government to call forth the militia to execute the laws, suppress an insurrection or repel an invasion.

Congress may authorize the government to suspend consideration of writs of habeas corpus "when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

Felony charges may be brought without presentment or grand jury indictment in cases arising "in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger."

A state government may engage in war without Congress's approval if "actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."

Aside from these, many provisions of law exist in various jurisdictions, which take effect only upon an executive declaration of emergency; some 500 federal laws take effect upon a presidential declaration of emergency.

The National Emergencies Act regulates this process at the federal level. It requires the President to specifically identify the provisions activated and to renew the declaration annually so as to prevent an arbitrarily broad or open-ended emergency. 

Presidents have occasionally taken action justified as necessary or prudent because of a state of emergency, only to have the action struck down in court as unconstitutional.

First, Executive Orders require zero Legislation. 

Second, National Emergencies have an automatic 2-year termination clause if they're not continued. 

Liberals are so ignorant that they won't simply read that "Joe" continued 8 Executive Orders with 8 National Emergencies, 4 years in a row, signed and declared by President Trump, in which 3 are the very Executive Orders that tie into Border Invasion, Election Interference, Drug Trafficking, Human Trafficking, Sex Trafficking, and Child Trafficking, the combatting of Opioids, multiple variants of Human Rights Abuse, and the freezing of the assets of all entities illegally funding the Chinese Communist Military and People's Republic of China.

If this was not a Special Operation defined by both sectors of Military and Federal Laws and Orders, why would "Joe" continue an Executive Order, 4 years in a row, that had an automatic termination 2 years after it was signed and/or continued, that would destroy his party and global alliance?

Every time a President declared a National Emergencies..

all those powers above were invoked.

That's why you do not see any Democrat or Liberal Congress member or Democrats with somewhat of a brain saying "You cannot do that President Trump."

Therefore leaves you with the only answer: their swamp has been exposed and being drained.

Did you read those two bullets under the National Emergency declarations that are Constitutionally supported?

Writ of Habeas Corpus = Article 1 Section 9 Clause 2 of the Constitution called the 'Suspension Clause."

The President can suspend the Constitution "when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550 is the key order. Not an Executive Order. 

CONGRESS.

Title 50 = War and National Defense.

Chapter 33 = War Powers Resolution Act of 1973.

1550 was not put in there until December 20, 2019, by CONGRESS.

The clause said 'in the first 180-days and every 180-days thereafter.'

In March 2020, President Trump Federalized 1 Million Reserves to Active-Duty in Executive Order 13912 and directed the Secretary of Defense equal authority to Federalize Select-Reserves in Executive Order 13919, both EO's invoking Title 10 Sections 12302 and 12304.

Title 10 = Presidential Authority.

Title 10 = Uniform Code of Military Justice aka Military Law.

Title 10 = the Oath every Armed Forces member and Veteran has taken, Section 502.

X 'Community Notes' tells you those expired. That's false. They were Executive Orders that stood alone outside of National Emergencies. Those did not declare National Emergencies.

"Joe" had Executive Orders 14059 and 14097, in which 14097 was a follow-up to 14059, that 14097 had Title 10 Section 12302, in the Order. Executive Orders 14059 and 14097 are for International Drug Trafficking.... and are Continuous Orders all under the Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550, in which President Trump launched the Operations on Trafficking with Orders before those. 

That EO 14097 is a Continuity Order as it's in the rolling effect of the Clause from Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550.

Because NOW you have a book end that outlines the Special Operation. 

At the time "Joe" did that... the resistance I received was "Joe" signed this EO... and those were not seeking to comprehend Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550 and the Writ of Habeas Corpus which means the 'Bigger Picture' and the WHOLE Special Operation.

Now the book end quells all those and outlines the Special Operation.

President Trump was in Eagle Pass and Del Rio, Texas, in February 2024.

If He was a 'Former' President, that would have been a violation of his own Executive Order with National Emergency declared for Election Interference.

Which would have been Election Interference of a sitting President, if "Joe" was President by Laws and Orders and this was not a Special Operation via Laws and Orders invoked.

Here's proof that "Joe" was not president via Laws and Orders, but yet a puppet state and Continuity of Operations and Government. 

Did you notice the other Constitutional point:

Former Commanders do not receive an 'At Ease' by soldiers.

President Trump was at the border in February 2024 with the Governor of Texas and the Adjutant General of Texas. 

Where was "Biden?"

The same day President Trump was in Del Rio, "Biden" was in Brownsville, Texas, with two C-32's, that did not fly with Presidential Call Sign SAM, and the Brownsville dot Gov site to this day says the 47th President visited... This was February 2024.

The State of Nebraska had sent their troops to Texas the week before this and the State of Arkansas the week after.

That means Federalized which also eliminates a State Emergency and State of Texas action, only.

The Adjutant General reports to the Governor UNLESS the National Guard are FEDERALIZED by Title 10.

If President Trump was a former President in February 2024... and with other states' National Guards going to Texas.... more than proves the Special Operation with the Orders under Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550.

14 States deployed to Texas. 

That's Federal.

That's Congressional. 

Also more proof of Continuity of Government: 

If "Joe" was president, why did "he" relinquish his authority in the Executive Documents of Section 1550?

"By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 301 of title 3, United States Code, I hereby delegate to the Secretary of Defense the authority and functions vested in the President by section 1285(a) through (e) of Public Law 116–92 [50 U.S.C. 1550(a) to (e)] on the use of military force and support of partner forces to the Congress."

Public Law 116-92 = 50 U.S.C. 1550.

That was July 19, 2021. Do the simple math.

President Trump could not have been a Former President standing on the Border in Texas... because the Title 10 from March 27, 2020, in Executive Order 13912, encompassed 1 Million Reserve Components for the President's needs. 

President Trump at CPAC 2025: "my first term, there was an invasion."

He has called Tom Homan, Central Casting, many times, not just at CPAC 2025. What better person to mimic invasion material for the media than the most lethal ice director in history?

And Liberals cannot say a thing because "Joe" on paper... added to this contribution with the Continuity of Executive Orders that make zero sense in a normal presidency to do if it wasn't a Special Operation.
