The New York Times first reported on the memo Monday.

Trump invoked the 1798 Aliens Enemies Act after declaring Tren de Aragua an invading force. The law had only been used in wartime.

“The Trump administration claimed that the leak of this memo was so dangerous that it necessitated opening criminal investigations and creating new, stricter rules around leaks to the media,” Harper said in an email. “We wanted to see if that was true — or if the Justice Department was weakening journalists’ protections to help hide a document that the public has an obvious right to see.”

The declassified memo “not only shows that the Maduro regime does not direct Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, it shows the DOJ’s new media rules are an excuse to target journalists,” she said.

But the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, said that the news media is “twisting” and “manipulating” intelligence assessments about foreign criminal gangs operating in the U.S. “to undermine the President's agenda to keep the American people safe.”

“Illegal immigrant criminals have raped, tortured, and murdered Americans, and still, the propaganda media continues to operate as apologists for them,” she said in an email relayed by a spokesperson.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence later issued a statement saying it “fully supports the assessment that the foreign terrorist organization, Tren De Aragua, is acting with the support of the Maduro Regime, and thus subject to arrest, detention, and removal as alien enemies of the United States.”

The headline contradicts what the National Intelligence later issued.

Which tells that NBC is not privy to knowing before, then they write a piece that’s false, then get hit with the evidence later.

Which sounds like they are being set up and trapped because they still write something false anyways before the facts are given.

The president may invoke the Alien Enemies Act in times of “declared war” or when a foreign government threatens or undertakes an “invasion” or “predatory incursion” against U.S. territory. The Constitution gives Congress, not the president, the power to declare war, so the president must wait for democratic debate and a congressional vote to invoke the Alien Enemies Act based on a declared war. But the president need not wait for Congress to invoke the law based on a threatened or ongoing invasion or predatory incursion. The president has inherent authority to repel these kinds of sudden attacks — an authority that necessarily implies the discretion to decide when an invasion or predatory incursion is underway.”

Let’s break this down… again:

SCOTUS ruled that President Trump can most certainly invoke the 1798 Aliens Act. 

Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550 is the Foundational Wartime Order.

Congress amended that Title and Chapter on December 20, 2019.

And in the 1st 180-days of the clause... 

Congress suspended the Constitution via Article I Section 9 Clause 2 of the Constitution which is titled the Suspension Clause.

The Constitution can be suspended due to Rebellion or Invasion of Public Safety. 

March 23, 2020, headlines read: "President Trump to install General just in case Law breaks down."

You don't "install" a General. The General's are already active and there by rank. 

Did you see the new 2025 Executive Order by President Trump to increase Military and Law Enforcement?

You see all the headlines with the National Guard operating with Law Enforcement?

Joint Publication 3-57 page 46:

a. Per the Posse Comitatus Act and DOD regulations, the US is generally prohibited from employing Title 10, USC, DOD forces to provide direct military involvement to enforce the law of the US unless expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress.  

Title 10 is invoked in that 1st 180-days with Executive Orders 13912 and 13919, none of which have been revoked. 

And it was CONGRESS who authorized these actions by the President with Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550...

The LAST amended Section of the War Powers Act of 1973. 

But the National Guard has already been active before 2025 and not by "Biden" orders.

February 2024... 14 States deployed to Texas for Border. 

National Guard leaving their State Jurisdiction means they were Federalized. 

The only person who can Federalize is the President. 

The only Federalization Orders are by President Trump. Executive Orders 13912 and 13919.

The 13912 Federalized 1 MILLION Reserve Components to Active-Duty.

Reserves serve only a Federal mission. 

National Guard in Subways in New York 2022 and 2023.

National Guard in Correctional Facilities in New York 2025.

Those are Title 10 Orders not Title 32. 

The only Title 10 Order that applies is Executive Order 13912.

These all tie into this propaganda NBC is spewing... 

SCOTUS ruled President Trump can invoke the 1798 Aliens Act. 

The Brennan Center for Justice tells the world how liberal they are and against President Trump, but they damn themselves by having to tell the truth that the 1798 Aliens Act is a Wartime Order.

Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550 and all the Executive Orders following that Federalized the Reserves outlines WARTIME Orders. 

There's only 4 ways Military pairs with Federal: Executive Orders, National Emergencies, Proclamations, and Treaties.

Since Congress through the years did not think the Constitution specified the separational powers of the Congress and President with War and Military, Congress through the years did so with the War Powers Acts of 1941, 1942, and most recent amended, 1973... 

The War Powers Act of 1973 put constraints on the President by having to declare a National Emergency to use the Military. 

Their lust of power and lack of Faith to trust a President brought on their own demise. 

Too much Legislation is not the answer.

We the People are the voices. We are the answer.

Special Operations Command Unconventional Warfare page 10 says:

"Most or all of the represented activities will be conducted by a successful resistance or insurgency regardless of whether the USG makes the policy decision to support it. USG support to resistance – UW – is initiated by either a presidential finding or an EXORD."

EXORD = Executive Order.  

And tells you specifically activities will be conducted whether the United States Government makes the policy decision to support.

Which also supports my writings how the Military is separate from the Government.

Also clarified in the Military Justice Act of 2016. 

So, when you see a Publication, NBC, writing AGAINST the Government, Congress, and President... 

This may be a part of the planned demise of these terrorists.

It can still be a distraction. 

But with the recent ending taxpayer subsidizations of other platforms such as PBS and NPR and the decimation of CNN... it leans towards exposing the Publications who write against the Government which is being drastically shrunken... 

It aligns with the DRAINING of the Swamp... as President Trump has said, "our gravest threats are not abroad, they're within."

Because the 1798 Aliens Act originally had another portion with it... 

The 1798 Aliens and SEDITIONS Act.

The Seditions portion of the Act criminalized anyone criticizing the government, particularly the president, through writing or speech.

In the new EO ending taxpayer subsidization for NPR and PBS it mentions Title 47 Section 396 which is Chapter 5 of the Title 47.

Title 47 Chapter 5 Section 606 = War Powers of the President. 

No coincidence.
