Well, it was so "very legal" that they filed for a Letter of Abandonment, 6 days after I issued a Public Disclosure that we were aware of fraudulent moves.
How did they know to file for a Letter of Abandonment so sudden? They showed their own guilt, intent and motives, by their fraudulent actions and stalking my every post.
This dude came to the United States in 2012. He states on Record he received Traffic Citations, but turns and says, he didn't receive the notices of those to appear in court.
Sounds like every single COP episode:
"That's not my crack pipe. I don't know how that got in my glove kit."
"I don't know how that crack got in my wallet. It's not mine!"
The principle to the story is not whether he's actually regretful for joining a gang and has no criminal record.
As a neutral person, I can meet on that ground. But where you cannot meet on neutral ground is:
Being an adult in this Country since 2012 with 2 brothers (if true) who are legal residents...
Admitting to traffic citations and not taking care of those then lying about not receiving notices, the citation IS the NOTICE..
Joining MS-13 with branded tattoos plus rank and a gang name...
Did not seek prove he's not a flight risk...
Did not seek to prove he's not a danger...
Did not seek to prove why he's linked / affiliated with a murder investigation...
Married his fiancé only after he was detained...
Did not seek Asylum in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019... says "will seek Asylum" only after caught, accused, and in trouble.
When you only seek to look like a "good, upright, moral" person after you're caught... that's not a good look at all.
Especially never denouncing your affiliation to a very dangerous and wanted gang, targeted by President Trump in 2017...
He also stated under Humanitarian Issues that "I am not claiming fear of returning to his country."
But under Intelligence Information that "I am claiming fear of returning to his home country of EL Salvador.
If he's not worried about humanity but worried about intelligence... that shows he does not fear for his life because of his country, that shows he fears for his life due to the gang he joined.
