The actions came in 2020 when Congress suspended the Constitution via Article 1 Section 9 Clause 2.
The actions came in Executive Orders and other Executive Actions from 2017–2021 that were never revoked or terminated by “Biden” with Democratic control of Congress from 2021—2023.
