That’s why people are leaving my channel… because too many “can’t see anything” because they don’t know the terminology, verbiage, and don’t want to read and study anything with how Military and Government works…

Single quotations means to put an emphasis on that word.

Keep in mind, that's 2 months before ANY Election under President Trump, which the first would have been November 2018; 2 years before Nov. 2020.
Which was 1 year and 3 months before December 20, 2019, when the War Powers Act of 1973 was amended with a Foundational Order for a unique war.
Title 50 = War and National Defense / Wartime.
In EO 13848 it says: "Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America's free and open political system."
Is that why D.C. is recognized as a Foreign Territory?
Vote Tabulation = January 6 / State Certification day.
Per Title 3 Section 15, you’ll notice that the last line of it specifically says :
"No votes or papers from any other State shall be acted upon until the objections previously made to the votes or papers from any State shall have been finally disposed of."
For the first time in U.S. History, the world as a jury witnessed 2 Objections take place in the state of Arizona count.
However, what’s prescribed in the Highest Law of the Land, the Constitution, did not take place.
Conveniently 2, 20,000 lb. rotunda doors, just so happened to open from the inside... and an "insurrection" took place.
Why did Congress break Federal Law with the world as a Jury?

Congress amended Law in 1973, where a President had to declare a National Emergency, in order to use the Military. So, you can direct your hate towards them.
One National Emergency unlocks 150 Statutory Powers by the President. Is that why 41 National Emergencies are still active back to 1979?
When you hear someone say it's unconstitutional for the President to serve beyond 2 terms... that's also fundamentally and lawfully wrong.
Article II Section 1 Clause 1 never specified how many terms a President was to serve, just that 4 years make a term.
Congress put term limits on the President in 1951... How come they didn't put term limits on themselves? That comfortable with breaking the Law?
Presidential Emergency Action Documents expand the powers of the President. They were established during the Eisenhower Administration.
PEADs coincide with a Continuity of Government;
Executive Order 13961, Dec. 7, 2020, invoked the Continuity of Operations and Government for Executive Branch.
January 19, 2025, the last EO on the Federal Register for "Biden" is the revocation of that Executive Order.
You cannot revoke something that was not invoked. And why would "Joe" revoke the invoking of a Continuity of Government the last full 24 hour day of a presidency if there was not a COG?
