This was during the Cuban Missile Crisis and only a few bullet points.

COMMENT: The level of intensity of such actions contemplated within the context of the paper is not considered to exceed the capabilities of law enforcement agencies to control. There are military contingency plans to protect against this type of activity at a much higher level of intensity.

Which is why it is very important that we the people never forget that we are the government and representatives represent us, the executive branch represents the legislative branch, and the judicial branch interprets from those.

Which is also why it’s very important that way the people are in a cord with what we want when we want it and how we want it.

Versus bureaucrats and career politicians, decide that without us.

Which has been the
past 60+ years of the 3 Branches of Government.

Every single person has a responsibility and a duty to know such.

The significant problem though, is, there’s been a long train of abuses and usurpations, far too long, that has created confusion and division with the simple core values, principles, functions, and operations of the simplest form of our government.

Therefore, due to the laziness and complacency of many Americans, on top of the confused and the divided, there’s a few of us that know how to fix it and there’s not a thing in the world that anyone can do to stop it, but will it be appreciated to maintain and sustain it?

Which is why it is very important to listen to President Trump when he said it was not all of the people in three letter agencies, it was the senior level leader ship.

The tactics in operations are not what made people bad, people make people bad, people compromise people.

There is a lot to be learned in history, good, bad, or indifferent that’s how we make the future better for future past history.

Now think about all those who are scurrying and scavenging over these files, just to be a bearer, when the principal in the simplest forms, especially when you know the laws and orders currently in vote, all outline Special Operations and Unconventional Warfare.

Counter Psychological Operations to rid the chains and shackles of years of abuses and usurpations.
