That’s all he said.
But guess what’s its full title is?
Alien and Sedition Acts.
They’re a set of 4 Laws that apply to Immigration AND Speech.
The Sedition Act portion criminalizes false and malicious statements about the federal government.
Which is why He mentioned a Digital Bill of Rights in his speech on December 15, 2022, anniversary of ratification of Bill of Rights, December 15, 1791.
He’s also mentioned amendment to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act which shields online platforms from being held legally liable for content posted by their users, meaning they’re not the “publisher” of the content…
So, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.
This will quell a lot of the platforms that’s false, misleading, misinformation, false information, false accusations, etc.
That won’t be platforms showing Laws and Orders 💯🫡🇺🇸

“Putin will be unable to attack without triggering massive international consequences."
That supports the global stability mentioned in MAD, and the U.S. and Russia leaving the INF Treaty, but also points out that Russia did not invade Ukraine.
Because if they did... how come it didn't trigger massive international consequences from the other NATO countries?
Do you see those NATO Nations obliterating Russia as outlined in their Constitution, Article 5?
Why did “Biden” mention Article 5 so much when not a single NATO Member has done anything to Russia.
Occupied = Strategic Plan.
Again, if Russia were the ‘invaders’, it would not be Ukraine at the ceasefire table or end war table.
If Ukraine was under true invasion, Zelenskyy could not have one single “IF” which means conditions…
If it were an invasion, he’d do everything to stop it.
