Of course. Because forced compliance and coercion backed by government and corporate tyranny leaves people with a choice.
So Sheriff Farris is trying to say my lawsuit is now moot because he has unblocked me. Not entirely true, but alas that's a story for next week.
In the meantime, I wonder how many more people had their civil rights violated? Below are just a few examples of people who were blocked and who had their comments deleted on a March 2022 post from Putnam County Sheriff's Office. How much taxpayer money is the county willing to spend in legal defense of the Sheriff's Department social media pages? I hear the total number exceeds 5 dozen, most local voting-age citizens.
Will you really tax them only to defend abuses of their right to access government officials, regardless of the political views they hold? I can't imagine that will go over well with them.
It's terrible what average citizens go through when trying to exercise their 1st Amendment rights, but sadly some people experienced far more than simply being blocked on social media.
Some say deputies showed up at their house.
Some say officials came to their place of work.
Another received an anonymous threat in the mail. While several had vague threats made against their loved ones.
From Activists, to previous Law Enforcement Officers, even County Employee's family members, it seems the intimidation against those who speak out against the the Putnam County Sheriff's Office knows no bounds.

Remember when I paid $613 for "1900 emails" that all contained mention of "Act Free Now" "Patriot Punk" "mohawk" or "Chase Matheson?"
Here's a brief sampling of the end result
In the end there were only ~300.
Approx 80% were spam emails that needed no redaction and were duplicates; about half of the remaining emails were similar to these.
Tell me, Rutherford County Schools where are the words "Act Free Now" "Patriot Punk" "mohawk" or "Chase Matheson?"
The last 20 or so emails were largely duplicates and nothing exciting.
So essentially, I was quoted $613 for 1900 emails, only got 300 emails, and my final bill was still right at $600?
Really? Come TF on. How much would you have charged me for 1900 emails? Would it have still averaged ~$2/email? God that could get expensive.

This is one of the many presumably fake people that harasses individuals who "poke the bear" and criticize the Putnam County TN Sheriff's Office - Eddie Farris, Sheriff
He also made false claims that I do not have a business license and sent those reports to members of my local government, including mentioning my Notary Commission status.
The Facebook account that matches the name was created just a few days ago, and originally their profile picture was of a Scottish Artist. There are plenty of other accounts which follow the same pattern and practice.
I take threats against my loved ones seriously, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation should too, especially when it appears the harassment comes from inside the Sheriff's Department.
