The Diversity Dialogues:Professionals at Pride

The Diversity Dialogues is a project launched in 2022 by Dramatic Difference, a regional leadership development and theatre-led learning practice.

Professionals at Pride monologues showcase what is is like for LGBT professionals to survive and thrive in a non-affirming, potentially threatening environment.

Deeply personal and moving, the monologues are a call-to-action for developing effective corporate policy, inclusive practices and inter-personal behaviour.

All stories invite us to consider; who are our colleagues? Are they all truly heard and seen for who they are? How does their experience differ to mine and, of course, do they feel included?
