Hey there! Been working all year long. I'll be off from the 22nd dec (my birthday 🎉) to the 3rd of january.

🎯I'll keep working out and beatbox training but I'll take a step back regarding social medias.

📌I'll post a few announcements here and there since there is a track being released on 25th and another on 29th. I'll also have a gift for you on the 25th dec, for Christmas.

New year goals, how to reach them
1. Write down precisely your goals. Give yourself 2-3 goals at most
2. Display them somewhere you can read everyday (like room's door)
3. Track them daily so you review everyday the execution state (done/not done)

Summary of my today's beatbox training session
1. Warmup (12 min): throwing some powerful hip hop beats on speaker and without speakers
2. Battle rounds rehearsing
3. Melody training with lip Oscillation with the help of keyboard
4. Drumming freestyle. Getting rid of beatbox culture habits and try to imitate the drums. Training some spicy breaks
5. Slizzer roll whistle training
