♦️ Time clauses are subordinating clauses and usually go with a main clause. When time clause preceded the main clause, a comma is used. Time clause are introduced by conjunction such as: when, as, as soon as, before, after, once, until, by the time, as long as, whenever, etc.

👉 Keep in mind that we never use future tenses after time conjunctions. Instead we use simple present or present perfect.
