Personally I’m an emotional animal. 🙃 I have to stop for a while, calm down, then zoom out. In fact, I’m doing the ‘stopping a while’ this year, climbing out of my ‘perceived’ coaching failure pit.

And when the head is all clear, I know I’ll choose growth.

It’s the same in life. Many like to play victim, cry foul, coz it’s easy to throw the blame on others. Very few can wake up & consciously decide to look inward & take responsibility for our own actions & life.

This came to me as I’m seeing my old struggling self in someone else today. when you are aware, you are out of it. =)

But will a weak govt who resort to appeasing the people (with outrageous no of public holidays) choose the painful but necessary, or continue kicking the can & people-pleasing path 🤔 ❓❓
