3 simple steps to force us into commitments
(those things we know are good for us in future but very unpleasant to do in present)

1️⃣ write them down clearly.
2️⃣ send a copy to someone who can take you accountable. Easier still, just post it on FB IG to make it public.
3️⃣ set a reward for achievement AND a ‘punishment’ for missing your goals.

Public commitments ensure follow through. You are force to act in consistently due to social image. Cruel, but effective.

Eg. I will achieve 6fig monthly profit in cpo trading by eoy. Or I delete this channel. 😖🤯🥶
