If there is a lot of space that should be closed and you have bands on the terminal teeth, then cinch.

If the gaps are smaller than the distance between the premolar bracket and the molar tube, it’s preferable to tie back.

It’s also easier to remove the wire which is tied back.

We plan The Association of Specialists in Orthodontics (ASO) to be the first credible orthodontic association from Russia that would be interconnected with the international orthodontic community.

It would be functioning not only as a national association but also as an orthodontic board, so finally patients from Russia will have a mechanism protecting them from orthodontic malpractice.

P.S. You can also become a member of the ASO without joining the WFO. Joining the ASO alone you will have all the rights as any other member but missing the privileges from the WFO.
