[RU] После долгих размышлений, дискуссий и разбора аргументов с обеих сторон мы наконец пришли к выводу — Добавление в пак работ, сделанных при помощи AI было ошибкой с нашей стороны. Ну, почти.

Мы более чем осведомлены, что публичная дискуссия на эту тему всё ещё идёт, и будет ещё не мало дебатов, разборок в судах и воин в социальных сетях.

Однако!
Поскольку за прошедшие месяцы мы не только погрузились в тему немного глубже, а также выяснили о наличии куда большего количества неоднозначных моментов, связанных с развитием текущих генеративных моделей, включая наглядные примеры потенциальных нарушений законов об авторском праве в развитых странах, намеренных или не очень, было принято решение:

1. Убрать из пака, а также с нашего закрытого канала абсолютно весь контент, целиком сделанный при помощи AI;
2. Не добавлять в пак такого рода контент до тех пор, пока публичная дискуссия в этой сфере всё ещё идёт, законотворцы ещё только работают над проработкой и написанием законов для их регулирования, а такое понятие, как fair-trained AI только начинает обретать форму;
3. Единственным исключением сделать AI-assisted контент, или иначе выражаясь — контент, в котором генеративная модель была использована лишь как один из инструментов творчества, не замена самому творцу.

Хотим и считаем очень важным подчеркнуть, что мы не выступаем твёрдо "за" или "против" AI. Мы желаем найти компромисс, который не будет мешать прогрессу, при этом не нанося вред авторам, многие из которых зарабатывают себе на хлеб, рисуя/анимируя заказы.

В очередной раз надеемся на ваше понимание!
Это решение с нашей стороны опять же вызовет споры, но мы хотим поступить правильно в сложившейся ситуации.

[EN] After much consideration, discussions and analysis of arguments from both parties we have finally came to the conclusion — Addition of AI generated art to our pack was a mistake on our part. Well, sort of.

We are fully aware that the public discussion on this matter is still ongoing, and there's yet going to be a lot of debates, law cases and wars on social media.

But!
Because in the recent months not only we dug deeper into this topic, and also found out about yet more controversy tied with AI developments, including demonstrative examples of potential copyright infringements, intentional or otherwise, we made the decision to:

1. Remove all AI generated content from our pack and also from our private channel;
2. Not include any AI generated content within our pack, as long as there's still an ongoing public discussion on the matter, laws that regulate AI are still not there yet and a phenomenon of fair-trained AI is only about to take form;
3. Make AI-assisted content the only allowed exception, since we don't see anything wrong with artists using generative models as a tool to create instead of AI replacing the artists entirely.

We want and think it is very important to emphasize that we're not in either of the camps. We want to find a compromise which will not either slow down the technological progress, nor harm the artists, many of whom are able to pay for their bills and food because of commissions they do.

Once again we hope for your understanding!
This decision will probably lead to controversy, but in this current situation we're at today we want to do things right.

[RU] В дополнение к предыдущему посту мы хотим принести искренние извинения ко всем авторам, которые так или иначе пострадали от нашей ошибки по включению в пак работ, сгенерированных с помощью AI. В особенности тем авторам, работы которых хранятся в нашей коллекции, и которые мы публикуем на нашем втором канале.

Повторимся, мы хотим поступить правильно, а потому надеемся, что никакого реального вреда причинено не было, или причинённый нами вред легко поправим.

[EN] In addition to the previous post we'd like to sincerely apologize to all and any of the artists we have made unintentional harm to of any kind, financial, emotional or otherwise, by our mistake of including AI art in the pack. Especially to all and any of the artists that we host the art of.
Of course, if any of the mentioned unintentional harm actually took place.

Again, we want to do the right thing, and so we hope that no actual harm took place, or the damages are easily recoverable.

Это невосполнимая утрата для нас всех, и нам самим до сих пор сложно поверить, что Владимир Путин убил своего главного политического оппонента, так и не решившись ни разу встретиться с ним лицом к лицу и ни разу не произнеся его имя.
Настоящая подлость и трусость, позор!

Мы этого никогда не забудем и не простим. Владимир Путин сядет в тюрьму, проведёт в тюрьме остаток своей жизни и будет выброшен на свалку истории.

[EN] Dear friends, ladies and gentlecolts, we're mourning until the end of the week in memory of Alexey Navalny, who has been killed this Friday in IK-3 "Polar Wolf" corrective colony, town of Kharp, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

This is an irreplaceable loss to all of us, and we're still find it hard to believe that Vladimir Putin assassinated his biggest political opponent, being too scared to meet him face to face and to pronounce his name at least once.
Truly the act of a cowardly villain, what a shame!

We will never forget this, and we won't forgive him for that, ever. Vladimir Putin will be put behind bars, will spend the rest of his life in prison and will be eventually thrown out into the History's Junkyard.

Due to the mourning, there won't be new posts on our subsidiary private channel until the next Monday.

Дорогие друзья, в настоящий момент мы с вами живём в реальности, когда Владимир Путин даже после того, как он убил своего главного политического оппонента, он не может оставить его в покое, и продолжает издеваться.

Продолжает издеваться, потому что не смог завербовать.

Продолжает издеваться, потому что не смог подавить дух миллионов россиян в России и по всему миру.
Продолжает издеваться, потому что не смог убить идею Прекрасной России Будущего, хотя, видимо, очень хотел это сделать. Но не вышло, и не выйдет никогда.

Уже сотни и более актёров, певцов, писателей, журналистов, режиссёров, правозащитников, политиков и просто неравнодушных людей публично потребовали прекратить эти издевательства.
Мы, лично я, Санспер, и члены моей команды, присоединяемся к требованиям немедленно отдать тело Алексея Навального его матери Людмиле Ивановне Навальной, перестать мучать пожилую женщину и угрожать ей "сделать что-то" с телом её сына и дать провести нормальные, достойные похороны политика. Не в колонии, а на том месте, которое выберут семья Алексея.

Очень показательно, что Владимир Путин продолжает бояться своего главного врага, даже не смотря на то, что он его уже убил.

Два года самой крупной, беспощадной, бессмысленной войны в Европе 21-ого века.

Украина не сдалась и не пала за 3 дня, не пала за неделю, не пала за два года.
Не падёт, и станет только сильнее, отбросит оккупанта назад туда, откуда он пришёл. Воскреснет в ещё более прекрасном виде на тех руинах, которые оккупант после себя оставил.

Two years of the biggest, most horrific, absolutely pointless war in Europe of the 21st Century.

Ukraine didn't give up and didn't fall after 3 days, didn't fall after a week, didn't fall after 2 years.
Did not and will not fall, will only become stronger and push the occupant back where he came from. Will rise from the ruins that the occupant left after himself, more glorious than ever before.
