We have a problem.
:)
Boris Johnson has just announced new COVID restrictions. One of them is that pubs in areas designated "very high risk" must close, "unless they can operate solely as a restaurant, serving alcohol only as part of a main meal".

Can anyone work out the point of this restriction? Is it to prevent people from getting drunk in pubs, and therefore somehow becoming more vulnerable to the virus? Or is it to prevent people standing around chatting at the bar, and therefore somehow being more vulnerable to the virus than if they were all seated at a table together having a meal?

What the hell is going on...?!
I did an impromptu live-stream the other day on DLive, to test a webcam utility that Panasonic have just released. It worked very well. If you would like to subscribe to my DLive channel to ensure you don't miss any future impromptu streams, please do so:

While googling for the photos earlier, I stumbled upon this article which provides a very nice glimpse of life as an NHS worker in the 1970s and 1980s. Those times don't necessarily seem more innocent, but certainly more warm.

It's fascinating to imagine the slow evolution of a hospital - its many nooks and crannies and secret corners and open spaces - as the decades passed. A single paramedic seems to have seen it all, from the 1970s to the 2010s - but I wonder how many other staff members have been there that long? And I wonder how many of the smiling friendly people we see in the 1970s, ended up dying some time in the 1980s, or 1990s, or 2000s. Or could it be that some of those older people from back then are still with us, even now?

On a different note, it's surprising to see that a computer with a floppy drive was still in use in 2010, but also interesting to compare that computer with those seen in the 1980s photos, and also to recognise their total absence in the 1970s.

The incredible prevalence of smoking - among both patients and staff - is striking.

What's also interesting, though rather more grim, is to recognise from one's own experience certain phenotypes of English people, and to speculate about how long those phenotypes will survive.

I love it when people begin a statement with "studies show" or "studies have shown". Almost invariably, the rest of the statement turns out to be some desperate drivel.
I didn't plan to, but I ended up debating E. Michael Jones on the issue of race tonight. I think we're all looking forward to the debate between Jones and Jared Taylor in Zagreb as soon as the covid situation is over. Enjoy! https://youtu.be/0GbZvEYSzJU

Brendan O'Neill is surely one of the most deceptive commentators working today. In this conversation on Talk Radio, he limits a discussion about political correctness to milquetoast talking points from at least 10 years ago. There is absolutely nothing in his 15-minute commentary that wasn't being said by mainstream journalists circa 2010.

This is a man who spends every day studying fast-changing social and cultural phenomena, yet supposedly his understanding of those phenomena hasn't changed in 10 years. (This is even more farcical when one considers that he is still a relatively young man, far too young to have become ossified in his ideas.)

Applying 2010 analysis would be fine were we still in 2010, facing the problems of 2010 and at the severity levels of those problems at that time. But no. The Left in 2020 is far more pervasive, aggressive, shrill, forthright and hateful than 10 years ago, revealing far more of its "power level". Hasn't O'Neill noticed this? If he hasn't, how not?! If he has, then why does he seem, if anything, less indignant now than back then?

The banality of his analysis is as striking as the fact that he gets away with it.

From just the first 90 seconds alone:

"it's like we're in the grip of a racial hysteria...!"
It's not "like" we are - we ARE. Why does he affect bafflement and disbelief at this blatant fact? Uncertainty about the situation would have been forgivable in 2010, even 2015, but after this summer? Come on.

"Critical Race Theory, let's be honest, it's a poisonous ideology. It's an ideology which says that white people are all racist"
Can there be anyone who doesn't know this, at this point? Also, why doesn't he say that Critical Race Theory is a part of the Communist subversion of the West? Because he himself is a Communist, albeit one larping as a centre-right libertarian.

"The good approach to racial issues in the past, was to tell children that race doesn't matter."
No, that was a terrible approach, because it detached the white children from their heritage and made them welcome demographic annihilation, traumatised black and brown children by severing their links with their ancestral lands, and made all of them completely unprepared for when racial issues turned out to be important after all.

Perhaps the most egregious example within the first 90 seconds:

"[CRT says] that we have to judge people by their race, which is a complete turnaround from what Martin Luther King and progressives said in the past"
MLK was a phony who was stewarded at every stage of his career by Jewish Communists. From an FBI report:

"Stanley Levison has told Clarence Jones, another advisor to King, that in no circumstances should King be permitted to say anything without their approving it. Levison also informed Jones that King is such a slow thinker he is usually not prepared to say anything without help from someone."

MLK, whom O'Neill lauds as an exemplar of reason and good sense, was nothing of the kind. He was the cuddly, benign side of Communist subversion. He was not some "free thinker" - he was barely a thinker at all. But, if we are going to castigate MLK for being a puppet of Stanley Levison, then we should also consider that Brendan O'Neill has himself been stewarded throughout his career by a Jewish Communist, namely Frank Furedi.

While the radical Left busily advanced their agenda behind the scenes, the public were persuaded to embrace soft Leftism by the puppet that was Martin Luther King, directed by Stanley Levison.

While the radical Left busily advance their agenda in 2020, the public are persuaded to remain in thrall to soft Leftism by the puppet that is Brendan O'Neill, directed by Frank Furedi.

Whereas MLK was too thick to come up with his own lines, Brendan O'Neill does. Whereas MLK was working against another race, O'Neill is working against his own. He is a traitor who operates independently of his handlers yet nonetheless actively does what they want, not as a slave or puppet but as an accomplice.
Shaun King is not black. Everyone knows it.

BitChute is being attacked from all sides now. Our opponents won’t rest until it has been wiped off the internet for good.

The guys who run it are doing God’s work against astronomical odds. They are literally fighting the system itself.

I’m going to donate to them so they can continue the battle. Please please please consider doing the same. Big or small, it will go further than you realise.

Sargon fans... come on...
This wonderful new 50p coin is just the right size to fit into the pocket of a Pakistani child groomer, a Kenyan murderer, an Arab jihadi, a Nigerian drug dealer, a Somalian acid attacker...

Prince Harry is a man destroyed, a man drained, filleted and humiliated by feminism. He is utterly dominated by his wife and she has crushed the joy out of him. No man wants to be led like a puppy by his wife. This is a grossly unhealthy dynamic, not befitting any self-respecting man and not conducive towards any kind of real contentment for the woman - thus his pain is real and her smile is fake. A total tragedy.
