πŸ’   RAMADHAN Diet Guidelines:

In view of the long fasting hours, we should consume slow-digesting foods instead of fast-digesting foods during Ramadhan.
Slow digesting foods keep our energy levels sustained for up to 8 hours, while fast-digesting foods do so for only 3 to 4 hours.

One group of slow-digesting foods are higher in fiber, which allows for slower energy release. These are foods such as barley, wheat, oats, millet, semolina, wholemeal flour, unpolished rice, beans, lentils, etc. (These are called complex carbohydrates).

Another group of slow-digesting foods are those high in protein. These allow us to feel satisfied for longer and consist of foods such as nuts, seeds, eggs, beans, quality meat, fish, etc.

Fast-digesting foods are those that contain sugar, refined and white flour, etc. (These are called simple or refined carbohydrates).

❌  Fried foods are very unhealthy and should be limited. They cause indigestion, heartburn, and weight problems.

AVOID:
πŸ”Έ    Fried and fatty foods
πŸ”Έ    Foods containing too much sugar
πŸ”Έ    Over-eating especially at suhoor
πŸ”Έ    Too much tea at suhoor. Tea makes you pass more urine, taking with it valuable mineral salts that the body would need during the day and causing dehydration.

EAT:
πŸ”Έ   Complex carbohydrates at suhoor to sustain energy levels for longer and feel less hungry during the day.
πŸ”Έ   Haleem is an excellent source of energy, protein and is a slow-burning food.
πŸ”Έ   Dates are an excellent source of energy, fiber, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium (minerals responsible for helping us to relieve stress and relax).
πŸ”Έ   Almonds are rich in protein and fiber.
πŸ”Έ    Bananas are a good source of potassium, magnesium and carbohydrates.

DRINK:
πŸ”Έ    As much water or (fresh) fruit juices as possible between iftar and bedtime so that the body may replenish fluid levels in this time.

🌹 CONSTIPATION
Constipation can cause piles (hemorrhoids), fissures (painful cracks in the anal canal) and indigestion with a bloated feeling.
❌Causes: Too much refined food, too little water and not enough fiber in the diet.
βœ…Remedy: Avoid eating refined foods in excess, increase water intake, use bran in baking and use wholemeal flour when making 'roti' and other breads. Soaked figs, prunes, apple juice, 'khak-shir' (mugwort seeds), chia seed drink and Sekanjebin are good options as well.

🌹 INDIGESTION AND WIND
❌Causes: Over-eating. Too much fried and fatty foods, spicy foods, and foods that produce wind (e.g. eggs, cabbage, lentils and carbonated drinks like Cola).
βœ…Remedy: Do not over-eat; drink (fresh) fruit juices or, better still, drink water.
Avoid fried foods; add ajmor to wind-producing foods.

🌹 HEADACHE
❌Causes: Dehydration, caffeine and tobacco-withdrawal, doing too much in one day, lack of sleep and hunger (which usually occurs as the day progresses and gets worse towards the end of the day).
βœ…Remedy: Checking and increasing fluid intake is usually the first thing to address for headaches (beverages such as fresh fruit & vegetable juices, chia / basil seed drink can help sustain hydration levels for longer). If this does not remedy the issue enough, then the cure would vary depending on which part of the head feels painful.

πŸ”ΉFirst they told people to protect themselves using "face masks"
πŸ”ΈThen they added "wearing gloves" option to increase the level of safety.
Once masks and gloves are sold enough they said use disinfectant liquids and sanitizers everywhere!
Home, office, etc

Now same experts say that using gloves and masks are useless and WHO declared that spreading sanitizers and bleach liquids in the streets not only has nothing to do with protection against spreading corona but it is harmful for people's health.

Have they sold enough?
Now what is next?
Vaccination.

Nothing is going to work but the vaccination.

πŸ”ΈThe sad part of the story is when religious people follow the tips and advice of western researchers and authorities and spray people in the mosques, shrines and streets throughout the days and nights not knowing what they are doing to their fellows.

‍ βœ… Blood Pressure:

Regarding blood pressure, if the amount of Safra is reduced in the blood, blood becomes heavy in the veins and cannot move inside the capillaries and therefore the person feels cold fingers and toes. Blood pressure occurs due to this blockage and stagnance in the blood.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌIf most of the blood material in this case is Dam, it is called warm blood pressure and if most of it is Balqam it is a cold blood pressure.

πŸ”ΈThe signs of warm blood pressure:

πŸ”ΊRed face
πŸ”ΊRed veins in the eyes
Red lips (sometimes cracked)
πŸ”ΊBleeding gums
πŸ”ΊVeins on the neck would be visible
πŸ”ΊFeeling heavy in the head

πŸ”ΉThe signs of cold blood pressure:

πŸ”»Feeling heavy and tired in the body and brain
πŸ”»Feeling sleepy
πŸ”»Pulse is weak

βœ”οΈCure for warm blood pressure:

1πŸ”Έdrinking a cup of Sekanjebin juice or a tablespoon of "natural vinegar" after each meal
2πŸ”ΈHijamah 2 or 3 times in every 2 weeks for men, each month for women
3πŸ”ΈOne tablespoon of Dosin every 8 hrs

♦️ In case the blood pressure exceeds the maximum, you can prick the fingers with a sterilized needle and release a couple of drops of blood.

βœ”οΈ Cure for cold blood pressure:
1πŸ”ΈConsuming warm natured foods
2πŸ”Έ Drinking saffron or orange blossom tea daily
3πŸ”Έ A tablespoon of Dosin every 8 hrs

πŸ‘‰πŸ½ In conventional medicine the medicines prescribed do not cure blood pressure issues permanently but they dilate blood vessels to solve the issue temporarily. They also have side effects that in the long term cause weakness, fatigue, weak pulse, feeling sleepy often, etc.

In Islamic medicine there is a herb to dialate the blood vessels such as black seed but it is not a permanent cure and it should be ground then mixed with honey (making 'dosin').
If black seed is swallowed as it is, it increases blood pressure but if chewed and swollowed it works well in bringing down blood pressure.

πŸ’  @Med4all
πŸ’‘Sheikh Tabrizian:

"People must know that pharmaceutical companies would never choose people's health over their own benefits. So if their medications appear to cure the symptoms of your issue temporarily, know that they have the ability to allow a new disease to start within you. Their underlying agenda is to ensure that you are always struggling with diseases since their profit lies in keeping you sick."

πŸ’‘Cure for Jaundice:

Hammad ibn Mehran quotes that: "we were in Khorasaan interacting with Imam Al-Reza (a.s.). One day one of our youth complained to Imam about jaundice.
πŸ₯’Imam told him to get Badranj cucumber, remove and boil the skin, then drink 91 mithqal (418 ml) of that for 3 days on an empty stomach." The young man told us that he tried that two times and got cured both times.
