🔸 Cooked dill and honey:

Once a man complained to Imam Al-Sadiq (a.s) that:
"I have a daughter who panics when she sleeps and she may even get worse in that situation and her hand becomes numb. one of the Tabibs have seen her and said that she has been affected by Jinns and it is not curable."
Imam said: "Tell her to do Fasd and drink cooked dill with honey for 3 days and Allah (s.w) will cure her after that."
He said that "I did that and she cured by God's permission".

إِنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لَهُ يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ إِنَ‌ لِي‌ جَارِيَةً يَكْثُرُ فَزَعُهَا فِي الْمَنَامِ وَ رُبَّمَا اشْتَدَّ بِهَا الْحَالُ فَلَا تَهْدَأُ يَأْخُذُهَا حرز [خَدَرٌ] فِي عَضُدِهَا وَ قَدْ رَآهَا بَعْضُ مَنْ يُعَالِجُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ بِهَا مَسٌّ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ وَ لَيْسَ يُمْكِنُ عِلَاجُهَا فَقَالَ ع مُرْهَا بِالْفَصْدِ وَ خُذْ لَهَا مَاءَ الشِّبِتِّ الْمَطْبُوخِ بِالْعَسَلِ وَ تُسْقَى ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يُعَافِيهَا قَالَ فَفَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ فَعُوفِيَتْ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَل

✏️ Ayatulah Tabrizian:
Here Imam has not denied the fact that panic in sleeping is caused by Jinns and hence it is due to Jinns.
Regarding boiled dill, it is good for thickness of the blood and anemia. Drinking dill tea (boiled dill) with honey after Fasd helps to cure anemia.
Dill absorbs wrong type of fats, therefore it is a great remedy for high cholesterol.

✔️In Islamic teachings we are told to cover our head with something before leaving the bathroom and keep it on until the hair is dry.

✔️Washing the feet with cold water before leaving the shower prevents varicose veins, heart attacks and headaches.

Dr. Ravazade: Washing the feet with cold water before leaving the shower prepares the sinuses before being exposed to cold air and prevents getting a cold.

🔻Recommended animal fats:

1- Cow fat or Beef tallow (The fat which is extracted from the kidneys of cow) is highly recommended in Islamic teachings and it is the most beneficial after olive oil.

🔸The Holy Prophet said:
🌼“مَنْ أَدْخَلَ فِي جَوْفِهِ لُقْمَةَ شَحْمٍ أَخْرَجَتْ‌ مِثْلَهَا مِنَ الدَّاءِ”
🌸whoever eats a morsel of cow fat, the same amount of disease will be removed.

🔻According to the Holy Quran, Beef tallow was mentioned as Tayyibat (blessed foods) and it was prohibited for Bani Israeel (Jews) as a punishment.
🌼"وَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ وَ الْغَنَمِ حَرَّمْنا عَلَيْهِمْ شُحُومَهُما" (6:146)

🌸"And to those who were Jews We made unlawful every animal having claws, and of oxen and sheep We made unlawful to them the fat of both..."


🔸Ghee:
Ghee is made from cow's milk.
It has been recommended as well but the difference is that ghee should not be consumed:
1- For those above the age of 50
2- In the winter or cold season.
3- At nights.

🔸There are Ahadith saying that ghee is one of the best foods.

🌹Imam Al-Sadiq (a.s.):

🌼 نِعْمَ‌ الْإِدَامُ السَّمْن
🌸Ghee is such a good food.

🌼السَّمْنُ‌ مَا أُدْخِلُ جَوْفَ مِثْلِي وَ إِنِّي لَأَكْرَهُهُ لِلشَّيْخ
🌸Nothing has entered my body like ghee before and I do not recommend it for those above the age of 50.

🌼إِذَا بَلَغَ‌ الرَّجُلُ‌ خَمْسِينَ‌ سَنَةً فَلَا يَبِيتَنَّ وَ فِي جَوْفِهِ شَيْ‌ءٌ مِنَ السَّمْنِ
🌸When man reaches 50 he should not sleep while there is any ghee in his stomach (i.e. in his diet).

🌼السَّمْنُ‌ دَوَاءٌ وَ هُوَ فِي الصَّيْفِ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ فِي الشِّتَاءِ وَ مَا دَخَلَ جَوْفاً مِثْلُهُ
🌸Ghee is medicine and using it in the summer is better than winter and nothing enters the body like it.
