He demanded to be paid in a loan.
They paid him $600k with NO loan documentation.
They paid in increments.
The same day they gave him $200k, he had $204k in his bank account.
ON THAT DAY HE WROTE A CHECK TO JOE BIDEN FOR $200K and wrote in the memo, "loan repayment."
