Fake social network pages

We have received reports about social media accounts contacting the followers of our official LYOPAY pages.

❗️These profiles or pages impersonate LYOPAY, and through comments on posts or private messages, invite you to send cryptocurrency transactions to the wallet, promising a profit in exchange. All of these messages are signed in our name.

LYOPAY will never ask you to send transactions to cryptocurrency wallets.

They also use other fake accounts to comment on these invitations to send money, as "proof" that it really works. All of this is a scam.

Be wary of these scams that exploit trusted project names.

Actions have been taken to stop the existence of these fake profiles and pages. In the future, other accounts may be created by these impostors, so be careful.

Again, never send money to anyone who promises you money on behalf of LYOPAY.

Card replacement for clients who have not received the delivery:

The couriers entrusted with the delivery of physical cards have notified us of the loss of some orders, at a total of 1300 cards.

If you are one of the people who ordered the card and did not receive a physical card, you will receive a new card as a replacement.

The new card will have a different number from your current one, as it is not possible to create a duplicate of the lost card (security issue).

1. You will get a new card number, which will become your new one for both the physical and virtual card.
2. It is not necessary to place a new order. You will receive the new physical card at your address as soon as possible.
3. You will be able to see your new card number on your account. Your former virtual card will then no longer be active.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Card Provider Update

We finally have an update on the status of our card provider. 💳

First of all, we would like to thank you for your patience while waiting since October 6 when we informed you that our card provider has been under review, which has made card deposits unavailable. We know that this is an important issue for you, as it was only in July that we successfully sent thousands of cards to LYOPAY clients from our UK-based card provider.

Following this, we have received notice that the provider’s company is closing down its business, so we are no longer able to rely on their services, this means that for the moment it is not possible to order a card or do a top-up from your LYOPAY accounts.

What will happen now?
• Your card funds are safe and you can continue to use them to pay.
• If you have funds from your card, use them up within 30 days from now.
• The cost of the card will be refunded to you in the coming weeks.

The good news is that we are already integrating the service of another European card provider. Payment regulations can change quickly, especially when it includes cryptocurrencies, but LYOPAY keeps up! We will soon communicate when we will start taking card orders and its use will be available again.
