LYOPAY has decided to turn to a new provider for the card service, since the current one cannot meet our demands and provide for the growing number of customers, which is bigger now and more than we expected.
In order to grant you optimal service, we will establish a relationship with a new card provider. This means that another company will provide both the physical and virtual cards, as well as the payment service it runs.
Switching to the new supplier will take approximately 2-4 weeks.
During this transition, the following apply:
• Those who already own the card will be able to use their funds for payments and transactions. However, the card top-up service will not be available.
• It will not be possible to request new cards from your accounts.
• People who already have a virtual or physical card will need to get the new provider's card. You just will have to agree to a notification to receive it and get the new card for free.
• Customers who have requested a card—physical or virtual—and who have not yet received a receipt will receive a card from the new provider.

We are testing the new provider's Mastercard debit cards. They will be available from May 10. They can be shipped to 50 countries.
In the future, a Visa debit card will also be available.
