I’ve made annual trips to China in recent years – except in 2015, when President Xi made a State Visit to Singapore. Our Ministers also often visit China, and it’s good to see our series of exchanges continue. Hope to discuss existing and new areas of cooperation that will benefit both our countries. 🇸🇬🇨🇳

A fruitful meeting with Premier Li Keqiang in Beijing today. Look forward to deeper cooperation between SG and China, as well as stronger collaboration between China and ASEAN. 🇸🇬🇨🇳

Met President Xi Jinping today. We discussed new areas of bilateral cooperation, and agreed to continue bringing our relations to the next level. Just touched down in Xiamen. 🇸🇬🇨🇳

Walking with President Trump to a Joint Press Conference in the White House’s Rose Garden. We had good discussions yesterday on how to take the SG-US relationship forward. 🇸🇬🇺🇸

Saw this at an NS50 event. Looked just like my old bunk yrs ago, fr SAF PT kit & underwear, to the cupboard lined w/ brown paper! But the mattress wasn’t original. The old ones were smaller & thinner!

At the ASEAN Summit gala dinner in Manila, President Duterte surprised everyone with an impromptu duet with one of the performers. He later explained that President Trump had asked him to sing!

Visited the future Jewel Changi Airport construction site yesterday. There’s still a lot of work to be done, but it will certainly live up to its name when it opens in early 2019 - a Jewel indeed!

Took some time off in December to enjoy the sights around San Francisco & the stunning Yosemite Valley. Truly a haven for nature-lovers!
