If you want to get rich, build a business that you can sell.

Here’s the blueprint:

1. Specialize in a Single Service

Trying to be everything will make you into nothing.

Pick one thing and become the best at it.

My company focuses on helping founders implement proven systems.

Specialization is the foundation of a sellable business.

2. Build a Business That Runs Without You

If your business relies on you, it's not a business—it's a job.

• Train a great team
• Document everything
• Create SOPs for every task

No one wants to buy a job; they want to buy something that makes them money.

3. Hire At Least Two Rockstar Salespeople

Salespeople are the cash flow engine of the business.

They bring in the clients and the cash.

Hire at least two top-performing salespeople who specialize in your specific service.

Don't settle for mediocre talent.

4. Diversify Your Client Base

Relying on one or two big clients is risky business.

If they leave, your revenue takes a massive hit.

Plus, potential buyers will see it as a red flag.

Aim for a diverse portfolio of clients.

5. Standardize Your Services

Most founders start with custom work, but this is time-consuming and inefficient.

It's hard to scale and even harder to sell.

Create a standardized service offering.

Good services come down to good systems.

6. Hire the Right Broker

Selling your business is like sending a child off to college.

Is the business in the right hands?

You need a skilled broker by your side. Look for someone with experience in your industry.

A top-tier broker is worth your business’s weight in gold.

7. Tell the Story of Your Business

Your business is more than just a money machine.

It's a story.

The way you tell that story can make a huge difference in how much your business sells for.

The right story can make your business irresistible.

Building a sellable business is one of the ultimate entrepreneurial achievements.

It's also not easy.

These 7 steps are the blueprint to creating an asset that you can sell.

A good business will make you money, a great business will make you (and someone else) rich.

I just started working on this Internet Scammer (yahoo boy) who runs what they call a "HK'.

You know he's a boss.

He's covered in tattoos, but quite intelligent. Way more intelligent than 98% of scammers I've come across or spoken to.

A good example of "Don't judge a book by its cover"

He has boys working for him and learning scams under him.

I blended in with him, listened to his story and we've talked a couple of times ever since for more than 1 hour on each occasion.

He's also a new occupant in my new estate neighbourhood. A bit of a premium place so I didn't want to, but expected to see people like him a lot.

He's an orphan, from a polygamous home, couldn't go to school, and has been through bad life and has eventually touched money through scam.

Dude is genuinely nice, has a conscience and reasonable but, an internet scammer.

In his defence: He had to do what he had to do to get cash and enjoy outside life.

Even though he's not proud of it and wishes to stop, but too late to go back. According to him.

He even told me some of the ways they scam their unsuspecting white female victims.

I listened and didn't judge him. I pay close attention to everything he says and laugh where necessary.

It appears he respects me and loves my simplicity and composure. But he really doesn't know me as much as I now know him.

He just got waves of who "I could likely be" from one of his boys and what I'm into (tech). He doesn't know much about tech too.

The only way he could listen to me was that God has made something available to amplify my voice, for purposes like this. (I believe). (If you know what I mean).

Today I looked him in the eyes and said; "You are hurting people through your chosen hustle path".

He went quiet. I said again. "This is not who you are. This is genuinely not who you are"

"You're a really good guy. You have a conscience that is alive (no jokes)."

You need to clean your wealth. You need something you'll be proud of. You need to start a new life through something legitimate.

I told him about tech. But I was careful not to mention the money part of tech.

I sold the tech ethics and lifestyle to him. Made him understand tech is the only place nobody will judge him for his choice of dressing or tattoos (which he now regrets getting).

It's a gradual process. He's my project now.

God willing, we'll win him over and save many innocent victims. Even if I don't, I'll plant a seed that will blossom someday.

And since he runs a syndicate, we'll win more people over through him.

Yahoo no be work! You're hurting people. You are stealing!!!

I've been through shit too. But I chose a different path. You can too.

No excuse is good enough to hurt people who directly took nothing from you.

But I understand most people are uninfomed and that's where I come in. 😊

We talked about God too. 😉

If you responded to this on Facebook, thank you very much.

Now let's cut to the chase.

Why exactly aren't you making the amount you mentioned here?

Maybe, just maybe, you need that locking up. You need that separation from the crowd. You need that atmosphere of focus.

Listen, everything you mentioned here is true. It's just your attitude towards it that's probably not matching the energy.

There was a time when I see ads or YouTube posts of people teaching how to make up to 3M to 5M monthly working from home, I felt. 🤔 "liars" theives, impossible.

When I broke through 500k, 700k, 1M/Month in revenue, My mind grew.

I knew I only needed to double down on whatever was bringing those figures.

And did I eventually break through those levels I called a lie? Well let's just say it's private information.

Lol. Notice I don't even talk about it? It kinda feels normal. Nothing to talk about. (Whatever is the little figure now)

Nna, get to work.

If you do 10 to get 100k. If you do 20, you'll get 200k

Multiplication of Money is simple arithmetic.

*Cholera Outbreak in Nigeria: Stay Informed and Stay Safe*

There has been a recent outbreak of cholera in Nigeria, particularly in Lagos.

DEXA is now committed to keeping our community healthy and informed. This short lesson will explain what cholera is, how it spreads, and the steps you can take to prevent it.

*What is Cholera?*

Cholera is a bacterial infection that causes severe diarrhea and dehydration. It's spread through contaminated food or water. While treatable, cholera can be life-threatening, especially for young children and those with weakened immune systems.

*Symptoms of Cholera*

* Watery diarrhea (poo-poo)
* Vomiting
* Nausea
* Severe thirst
* Dry mouth
* Muscle cramps

*Preventing Cholera*

Here's what you can do to protect yourself and your family:

* *Practice good hygiene:* Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean water before eating, preparing food, and after using the toilet. If soap and water aren't available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

* *Drink safe water:* Only drink bottled or treated water. If you're unsure about the safety of the water source, boil it for at least one minute before consuming.

* *Eat safe food:* Cook food thoroughly, especially seafood and shellfish. Avoid raw or undercooked meats and vegetables. Peel fruits before eating them. Please avoid Suya joints.

* *Maintain proper sanitation:* Dispose of sewage properly. If you don't have access to a toilet, use a latrine that is far away from water sources.

*What to do if you suspect Cholera*

If you experience cholera-like symptoms, seek medical attention immediately. Early diagnosis and treatment with fluids and antibiotics are crucial to prevent complications.

*Stay Informed*

* Follow updates from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC): [Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention](https://ncdc.gov.ng/diseases/info/C)

* If you're in Lagos, Refer to the Lagos State Ministry of Health for Lagos-specific updates: [Lagos State Ministry of Health](https://health.lagosstate.gov.ng/)

By following these preventive measures, you can significantly reduce your risk of contracting cholera. Stay informed, practice good hygiene, and prioritize safe water and food consumption.

Let's work together to stay healthy even while we work from home, the office, in tech and non-tech sectors.
