The other wanted for just one core role and it is that of a Project Manager who has experience with web3 security architecture.
The first was posted and the company received the applications in their email
For the second, since we train PMs, We made the call and received 14 applications from interested and qualified candidates.
Not so many people are in the Web3 space.
We've forwarded all 14 resumés to this company and they'll be hiring in a short while from the people we've recommended.
Read till the end, there's a lesson you must learn if you intend to get a job in tech.

There are many Digital Marketers, but a few Google Ads experts, Funnel gurus, Lead generation crack heads, etc.
Just stand out.
And... This is just a testament of how DEXA is changing the lives of everyday Africans remotely.

I Resumed gym on the 16th of this month with a 3months membership subscription, after almost 2 to 3years of being lazy.
And here are a few things I've learned over time while working out here.
1. Strong Men genuinely want other men to succeed.
You hear, Boy! Go harder, push! One more for your babe. One more for your mom. Push it!!!
2. The strongest of men are the most disciplined, kindest and most vulnerable:
- At the gym, the bulkiest and most toned up guys are the most likely to;
a. Correct your bad posture
b. Teach you how to coil it better.
c. Help you start a program
d. Work extra hard
3. Where there's a shared goal, there's less competition.
Most men here are just interested in not looking any worse than they looked yesterday, and looking far better than they look today.
Reason you see a very built up dude still toning up his laps, biceps and triceps with discipline and laser focus. He's not interested in competing with you. Just himself.
4. It takes harder work to maintain good success.
Yeah!! The more fit and muscular you look, the harder you need to work to maintain that shape.
5. Forget the scantily dressed women.
They live in their head.
Focus on the goal (muscles). When you pause and look towards that slay mama squatting all day, she'll most likely make a cute girl face and arc up that Bunda for ya.
At that point, you don't know if you're working out your muscles with strength and shakings, or your salvation, with fear and trembling.
