Notice of Suspension

This is to notify every participant that the Cohort 3 TeamLead for Team 1 [Name withheld] has been suspended from his role as TeamLead and will be replaced.

This decision was made after reviewing his performance and engagement with the team within the past few days, which has been at an abysmal level due to negligence and nonchalance towards the team and her members.

In doing this, DEXA's Founder, Victor Kelechi Kingsley, reiterated that;

Leadership is service.
Leadership is responsibility.
Leadership takes dedication.
Leadership takes courage.

And as such, shouldn't be asked for when these are not in place.

The former TeamLead will now be removed from the Leadership group as well as his admin title on Telegram.

He can continue learning in the team, but can no longer perform as a TeamLead.

__
*Note to the former TeamLead*

Thank you for your time.
We do appreciate having you around.

I also encourage you to be willing to give your best shot at every future opportunity you get to lead others, as it could be your stepping stone to your dream positions.

Do have a great weekend.
