Why Most People Don’t Succeed in Tech Within Their First Year
Let’s be honest — many people jump into tech expecting quick wins.
They see success stories, YouTube wins, and $10k/month screenshots… and think it’s a shortcut to financial freedom.
But by Month 3, the excitement fades. By Month 6, confusion sets in. By Month 9, most people quit.
Why?
Because they came in with a hustle mindset — not a growth mindset.
The first year in tech is NOT for making money. It’s for building capacity.
You’ll feel lost.
You’ll doubt yourself.
You’ll compare yourself to others.
You might even want to give up.
And that’s exactly how it’s supposed to feel. That’s how growth works.
The people who eventually succeed in tech aren’t the smartest — they’re the ones who stay consistent, do the work, and keep showing up.
Tech rewards persistence. Not perfection.
So if you’re still in your first year and feel like you’re not making progress — keep going.
Clarity comes from consistency. Mastery comes from practice.
You’re not behind. You’re just in process.
Let’s normalize slow, sustainable growth in this space.

We will publish a crazy Offer by 12:30am Midnight.
Same thing this guy learnt from our Webinar a couple of weeks ago, tried it, saw magic and sent this message to our team on Friday.
Listen to that. 👆
For people who already learnt a skill or taken a course, and want to learn how to hack upwork or Linkedin's algorithm (ethically) and start getting remote jobs back to back.
It's going to be available for couple of hours and we'll delete it.
Rare opportunity to change your life.
*"If you must sleep, sleep on bare floor — Not on this offer. 😊"*

How to Get Remote Jobs on Upwork & LinkedIn (That Actually Pay)
I know how frustrating it is to apply for tech jobs on LinkedIn and Upwork, only to hear… nothing.
At one point, I was sending dozens of applications a week and getting the same response:
_“We’re only hiring within the U.S.”_
Or worse — total silence.
That’s when I realized I wasn’t doing it wrong — I just wasn’t doing it strategically._
So, I changed my approach.
And now I want to share that with you — the exact method that helped me start landing real gigs.
Here’s what I learned (and what most job seekers miss):
✅ 1. Only Apply to Companies Hiring Globally.
Don’t waste time on companies restricted to one region. Check the job description for “open to worldwide applicants.” You’ll save time and increase your success rate.
✅ 2. Timing is Key.
If a job was posted 3+ days ago, they’ve probably already started interviewing. Be fast, be strategic. Prioritize fresh listings.
✅ 3. Join the Right Global Groups.
Whether it’s “Remote Tech Jobs” or “Virtual Assistants Worldwide,” join groups in your niche. Show up daily. Comment. Network. Build real relationships. People in those groups are often team leads and hiring managers — they notice consistent names.
✅ 4. Master Boolean Search
This alone got a freelance gig in 2023.
Examples:
"Customer Support" AND "Hiring Globally"
"Frontend Developer" AND Remote AND "Now Hiring"
Boolean searches unlock hidden gems. Experiment and stay flexible.
✅ 5. Hack the Algorithm & Self-Engineer the Hiring
This is where most people miss out. The platforms are designed to prioritize certain profiles — the question is: do you know how to signal the right cues and force your profile to become the preferred option?
We’ll show you how to reverse-engineer the hiring visibility game and plant the exact triggers that get you noticed, by your self. (Don't expose this strategy)

In that Building stage when it feels like you're not seen, despite your efforts, that's exactly when the most important blocks are laid deep down.
Maximize it.
No foundation is laid in the air. It goes deep down but determines how strong the entire structure would stand.
And what shape exactly it would take.
Don't lay your foundation in the surface in a bid to become visible. You'll build a crashing castle.
Focus on deepening, shaping and strengthening it.
You're not unseen. You're a work in progress.
Keep developing that skill.
Keep developing that competence.
Keep building confidence. Overcome that imposter syndrome.
Keep building!
