There were times we had terrible issues that could have set the company miles backwards, and we fought until we overcame it;

Now imagine how your life will be if you intentionally plan next year. With a clear picture of who you want to be and what you want to have, by year's end,

And... A PlanB for every pitfall towards the goal.

I don't believe in new year resolutions or long list of set goals,

But I'm super big on intentionality and consistency.

If you can just outline 3 to 5 things you want to achieve next year, which when achieved will shift your life significantly, you'll be happier by the middle of 2025.

Put it in categories, Health, Finance, Relationships, Investments, etc.

Why will you be happier by mid year? Because you may accomplish everything earlier than you imagined.

But there's only a small antidote.

1. Intentionality
2. Consistency.

Be intentional about it. Occupy your mind with it. Think about it always. Talk about it. Take little actions towards it every day.

If you want to read 12 books, don't set a target for a book per month. Rather target a page per day.

If you want to close 20 Million in sales, don't target 2 million monthly. Rather target 30 to 60k daily.

There's something called compound effect, and the only way to experience it is by consistent little actions.

Choose actions over Efforts.

On Health? Weight?

Don't target losing 10lbs per day. Instead walk 5000 steps daily.

Savings?

Don't target 500k monthly, rather save 15k daily. So if you have a really bad month and don't hit 500k by month's end, you may end up with 250, instead of zero.

Just small intentional actions and you must have achieved a mountain by the time you realise what's up.

I hope this made sense.

I will be at least 5x Bigger and Richer than I am now, in 2025. It's not a wish. "I already know" little steps I'm going to take and the God who will be happy to crown it with success.
