Don't Miss Out.
How to make your wishes come true.

1. Identify your wish.
2. Is it possible and within your power?

If No, stop reading this. If yes, continue reading.

3. What do you need to make it happen? Money? Time? Relationship?

3b. How much is it? Who is it?
Let's focus on the money.

3c. What can you do to raise 5 to 10% of it per time?

4. Write a plan with roadmaps and milestones.
- Identify Jobs and businesses you can do.
- How much can you earn from them?
- How long do you need to do it to raise the money you need?

4c - Shut out all distractions.
- Take it to God.

5. Take one step of your plan at a time.
Execute it, go to the next. (Rinse and repeat).

Eg
📌 Step 1:
Build an ecommerce website
Raise capital from family members
Get your first 50k sales. Etc...

6. Keep doing it and "Documenting"
7. Review the process. Continue...

Wishes don't magically come true. People work harder.

Happy Sunday.

High Paying, In-demand Tech Jobs that don't Require Coding..

Before we go into details, read this.

If you're a Nigerian, living in Nigeria and already upto 26, 28, 39 upwards.

With financial responsibilities on your shoulders already without a steady job or source of income & sustaince.

And you're looking to switch to a career in Tech.

Tech skills and positions that require coding are "probably" not for you - unless you can chest it.

Coding requires undivided attention. Dedication, years of practice for competence and of course a very good brain.

Can you handle it?

But If you can't, focus on No-Code tech skills that are pretty much in high demand and easy to acquire and monetize.

And this doesn't mean you don't need logical thinking in the skills I'll mention below.

Some of them are:

Marketing.
Marketing.
Marketing.

You see I wrote it thrice? You can narrow down to SaaS marketing and the likes. Marketing is a big deal in Tech.

2. Copywriting
- Email, UX writing, technical writing, product description, etc.

3. Product Design (UI/UX)
My younger brother (our lastborn) is currently redisgning Kuda app. Remember I sent him into tech earlier this year.

He couldn't cope with Full stack web dev, so he switched to UI/UX. Lol smally. He's learning fast.

4. Content Marketing
5. Product Management
6. Data Analysis.

I have a gun to your head right now. Tell me... What's gon hold you back next year 🤨

Scenario:

You are the team lead for a tech company that has been tasked with developing a new software product. The team has been working on the project for several months, but you have noticed that some team members are not keeping up with the pace of work. Deadlines are being missed and the quality of the work is suffering as a result. As the team lead, you need to address this issue and find a solution.

Options:

1. You decide to reprimand the team members who are not keeping up with the pace of work. You tell them that they need to work harder and that they will be penalized if they do not improve.

2. You decide to assign the team members who are not keeping up with the pace of work to less critical tasks. You tell them that they are responsible for completing these tasks, but that they do not have to meet the same deadlines as the rest of the team.

3. You decide to hold one-on-one meetings with the team members who are struggling. You ask them if they are facing any challenges that are preventing them from keeping up with the pace of work. You offer support and resources to help them overcome these challenges.
