There are others who restarted in the late 40s or even 50 as well, and are doing better than their earlier lives now.
But someone in his 20s or 30s is already giving up because things are not working out yet.
You already feel like a failure and becoming dependent on people you know.. Really?
Why don't you just pause a bit.
Think about the life you've lived so far.
Take stock of your mistakes.
Write out what you can do and what you can learn.
Stop existing in your moment.
Disappear for 6months to 1 year and rebuild your life.
People will realise they are no longer hearing from you, but no, you're reducing your distractions and feeding your focus.
Don't bother about social media, friends, trends, etc.
Decide what you're going to learn; Sales, Marketing, Coding, Programming, Cyber Security, Software Development, Tech sales, Customer support, Sales Funnel, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
Write out a roadmap; Step by step stages to learn it.
Break that road map into days, weeks, months, and follow it up strictly.
Get someone to be accountable to.
Your life will never remain the same afterwards.
Just you, God, Skills, Tutorials, Courses and Books. Yes, Books.
Don't forget to gym too.
Trust me, in one year, you can completely change your personality and turn the course of your life.
You need to starve your distraction so you can feed your focus. You're the food, decide which of them gets to eat you up.
Disappear from people. Ignore your shame and start from scratch.
You'll be better than 99% of people in your city afterwards.
