Today we want to personally update you on something important.

As many of you know, we were scheduled to roll out a major update to KubePay, one we’ve been preparing for months. It included several key improvements that push us closer to our long-term vision of a smooth, accessible, and fully decentralized payment experience.

However, as we began deploying the update this morning, we were once again hit by a series of coordinated attacks on our infrastructure.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time. Every time we get ready to take a significant step forward, something or someone tries to interfere.

We’ve seen this pattern before, and while we can’t confirm anything, it’s becoming increasingly clear that some people are paying very close attention to what we’re building and not everyone is happy about it.

Let us be very clear: we are not stopping. Not now, not ever.
If anything, these moments only confirm that we’re on the right track.

The team has immediately switched into full mitigation mode.

We’re currently analyzing the nature of the attacks, reinforcing our infrastructure, and preparing for a safe and secure deployment as soon as possible.

We’re not rushing, we want to make sure everything works flawlessly and that your experience with KubePay continues to be reliable, fast, and secure.

What we’re building takes time, courage, and a strong belief in what Web3 can become. But we’re more committed than ever. The update will go live and it will be worth it.
