Jab IBPS ne apne GA section ke syllabus mein officially “RBI Circulars” ko include kiya, to mere dil mein ek ajeeb si khushi hui…
Kyuki jo cheez main 2021 se apni classes mein cover karta aa raha tha, jise log pehle ignore karte the, ya us par kam focus karte the… aaj wo syllabus ka hissa ban chuki hai.
Pehle darr lagta tha ki agar main RBI Circulars pe alag se session lunga to kahin students bore na ho jayein…
Lekin aaj aap sabke josh ko dekhte hue, maine kuch dedicated, practical & impactful sessions start kiye hain, 2 sessions ho bhi chuke hain aur aur bhi aane wale hain.
In sessions ke through main aap sab tak RBI ki asli soch, unke guidelines, aur real banking logic pahuncha pa raha hoon , wo bhi syllabus ke framework ke andar.
Lekin ek baat jo main teacher hone ke bavjood pehli baar feel kar raha hoon.
Pata hi nahi chal raha ki aap logon ko ye sessions pasand aa rahe hain ya nahi…
Kuch students ke comments ne definitely motivation diya…
Lekin jab tak maximum students apne dil ki baat nahi likhenge,
main kaise samjhun ki ye content aapke liye valuable hai?
Mujhe kaise confidence mile ki agla session aur impactful bana paunga?
Is tarah ke sessions ka Content banana mushkil nahi hota…
Lekin jo dimaag aur dil dono lagta hai in sessions ko deliver karne mein,
Uske baad agar feedback hi na mile… to ek teacher bhi thoda toot sa jaata hai…
Kabhi kabhi… teachers ko bhi motivation ki zarurat hoti hai.
