Oooooh! Finally got my hands on this gem.

This is not good news. I might take a peek to see if I can find his chart... but in general, this could be seen as an influence of Saturn in a dominating square to Jupiter in Gemini. This platform has been all about freedom of speech, to have the founder arrested so unfairly is troubling, to say the least.

JUST IN - Telegram founder Pavel Durov was detained on arriving in France from Azerbaijan and facing 20 years in jail for refusing to censor his platform.

Durov was arrested as he got off his private jet on the tarmac at Le Bourget airport in Paris. BFMTV reports that the Telegram founder was put on a wanted list just minutes before landing in Paris, and an arrest warrant was issued.

Durov "will be presented to an investigating judge this Saturday evening before a possible indictment on Sunday for a multitude of offenses: terrorism, narcotics, fraud, money laundering, receiving stolen goods, pedo criminal content," TF1 reports.

Alright second crack at this.
First off: Pavel is in a 4th house year, ruled by Jupiter. Transits to the 4th and to Jupiter will be pronounced.
Jupiter is in Capricorn, the sign of its fall, conjoined with Mars. Jupiter in Capricorn struggles to find the higher ideals and unification it desires in the cold and melancholic Capricorn.
Mars is exalted here, in contrast. Mars is also the malefic opposite of sect, meaning, Mars is more troublesome of the two malefics. In a daytime chart, houses ruled by Mars and the house with Mars in it tend to have more issues. However, Mars is very dignified in Capricorn. So while we'd expect to see some issues still, there's a sense of being able to overcome the odds with grit and determinism.

The two combined in the second house gives me a sense of being able to cultivate some serious long term goals and resources... Its very practical but possibly rigid.

Sept 17th MDT brings us the first eclipse in this eclipse window, this time opening with a lunar eclipse in Pisces. The moon will be mega huge at the perigree giving us a truly super moon. Beside the eclipse will be Neptune within 3 degrees – and be only only 10 degrees away from Saturn. Mercury, in fact, will be opposing Saturn, making for a very intriguing combination.
Squaring the eclipse is Jupiter in Gemini, who has A LOT to say about it.

As the sun sets tonight, take a look at Saturn rising in the east.
We have the Sun- Saturn opposition tonight, making Saturn the brightest it will be all year.

This moment reflects the culmination of Saturn's synodic cycle, a completion of sorts. For many, it brings confrontations with father figures and authority types. It can mean having to come face to face with consequences from past actions and a sobering look at reality.

The sun in Virgo is bringing our awareness to tasks that need to be sorted out, cleaned up and organized as we prepare for the shift into fall. Light still dominates the season, but that's about to change, quick.

Saturn in Pisces is showing us areas we NEED to attend to, emotional and spiritual sobriety and maturity seem to be important themes. The ability to say no to what does not serve us and prioritize the remaining things is another one I am seeing pop up over and over.

This opposition brings to mind a time crunch - what can be completed before the seasons change?
