ESIC new notice, directions have come on late registrations
At last the ESI corporation comes with a SOP to be adopted for entertaining cases allowing / disallowing the late registration of IP (insured person) after 10 days of joining.
It has been decided in August Central board of trustee meeting of EPFO to restore commuted pension after 15 years. No notification has been issued so far, neither pensioners have been benefited. This decision impacts more than 6 lakh pensioners and all are suffering.
A question was asked in Parliament yesterday. We hope that labour department & EPFO resolves this issue urgently.
