- Operation in the consistent parts-assembling process
- experience in production engineering in metal processing
- experience and relevant knowledge in architectural products field
- Age 27-37

2. Production planning staff
- Production plannning
- Inventory control ( feedstock, intermediate product, finish goods)
- Interaction/Cordination with different divisions
- experience in production planning / inventory control in any manufacturing company

3. Procurement chief
- comprehensive procurement job
- supplier development
- cost reduction/optimization actevity
- experience in procurement in any manufacturing company
- negotiation skill

4. Metal processing engineer
- material development (aluminium, risin, chemicals, etc.)
- Operation in the consistent process of the material (metal melting -> extrusion molding -> surface treatment)
- experience in aluminium (or other metal) processing
- chemical background
