➡GUEST LECTURE ON CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AT THE FACULTY OF COMMUNICATIONS✅
Dime Ratajkoski, a well-known documentary film maker, producer and Editor at the MTV1 (First Program Service of the Macedonian State Television) delivered an interesting and inspirational guest lecture to the first-year students at IBU on “Conflict management”, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021.
Students learned about different conflict management and conflict resolution strategies, through exercises and through a discussion of the topics covered in the lecture.
The guest lecturer, Dime Ratajkoski, was welcomed by the Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shener Bilali and by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sanja Adzaip-Velickovski, Dean of the Faculty of Communications.

🚌🇷🇸 IBU Travel Club organized a trip to Belgrade and Nis on 2️⃣6️⃣-2️⃣7️⃣ November 2021. Our students had the opportunity to visit and explore the beauties of these cities. Similar tours to other cities in the Balkans region will be organized in the coming period.▶️🔜 🗺
➡️FIELD VISIT AND PRACTICAL TEACHING ACTIVITIES FOR LAW⚖️ STUDENTS AT CRIMINAL COURT – FIRST INSTANCE COURT 👩🏼⚖️🧑🏻⚖️
Students of the Faculty of Law visited the First Instance Criminal Court in Skopje on the 15th of December 2021. This visit took place under the practical teaching activities.
During the visit, the law students had the opportunity to learn about the activities and manner of work of the Criminal Court and to attend court hearings in the field of criminal relations with Judge Dzeneta Bektovic.
Through the ongoing trials they attended, the students were introduced to the need of developing skills for verbal reasoning, rhetoric, presentation of facts and allegations as a reality of the criminal process.
Also, the students learned about the types of criminal disputes the First Instance Criminal Court is competent for and the variety of procedural actions the subjects of the procedure may undertake. Upon completion of the court hearings, the students expressed great satisfaction by the gained experience and showed an interest in attending court hearings more frequently and familiarizing themselves with the practical aspects of the subject matter they are studying within the course Criminal Procedure Law.
IBU will continue to organize practical visits of state institutions in the future in order to enable students to get acquainted with these institutions and their work in practice.

➡️On Monday, 1️⃣3️⃣th of December 2021, the 3rd year students from the Department of “Banking and Finance” at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences had a clinical lecturer in the face of the representative of National Bank🏦 of the Republic of North Macedonia. Presentation was performed by Mrs. Frosina Celeska, Advisor of the Banking Regulation and Banks Resolution Department at the National Bank. Thanks to the presented material, the students👩🏼🎓 had the opportunity to get acquainted with the evolution of the process of the capital and risk management of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. Particular attention was paid to the evolution of the Basel Capital Accords (Basel I, Basel II and Basel III), their advantages and disadvantages, as well as their implementation in the banking system of the Republic of North Macedonia.☑️
