Dren Nevzati, Teaching Assistant at the Department of Architecture at International Balkan University (IBU) is part of the team which will represent North Macedonia at the "17. Biennale Architettura 2021" which is held in Venice from 22 May to 21 November 2021.
The project is named "NOW", and the team is led by Mr. Bekir Ademi, Architect from Project Studio "BINA".

International Balkan University signed a Protocol of Cooperation with Jadara University from Jordan. During the signing ceremony, Rector of IBU Prof. Dr. Mehmet Dursun Erdem and President of Jadara University Prof. Mohammed Talep Obaidat shared their satisfaction from establishing the cooperation between the two universities and discussed ideas for joint projects and activities in areas of mutual interest in the near future.

THE SUCCESS STORY OF INTERNATIONAL BALKAN UNIVERSITY AND ITS INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OFFICE PRESENTED AT THE INTER-UNIVERSITY CONFERENCE ORGANIZED BY THE NATIONAL AGENCY FOR EUROPEAN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND MOBILITY
On 26 May 2021, the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility of the Republic of North Macedonia organized an Inter-Rector Conference with the aim of discussing the strategies for internationalization of the higher education institutions and the challenges of the Erasmus+ program for the period of 2021-2027.
International Balkan University is honored to have been presented by Prof. Dr. Snezana Bilic, Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator, as one of the Erasmus+ success stories in front of the audience of Rectors and Erasmus Coordinators from different universities on national level.
Being part of such an event is crucial for the further development of the internationalization strategy of IBU for the future, having exchanged great practices and suggestions as well as a possibility for a more strategic future cooperation among the higher education institutions in North Macedonia with the immense support by the National Agency.
