‎Ibn Rajab: “Some of the Salaf would ask Allāh for everything, even when they needed salt for dough and grass for the sheep.”

Imām Ibn al-Qayyim said: The Arabic word Sabr means restriction and detention.

In Islām; it means to prevent one’s soul from the reaching the point of despair and panic…"

Abū Muḥammad al-Ḥarīrī, said: “(True) sabr means that there is no difference in your behaviour in times of ease and times of hardship, and to be content at all times.”

Imām Ibn Al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “To complain to people (about your suffering) by speech or behaviour.

This is contradictory to patience.”

Imām Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “Complaining to Allaah does not go against patience.

Allaah, the Most High, listens to His servant’s complaints.”

Sulayman Ibn al-Qasim said: "The reward for every good deed can be known except the reward for patience."

Ibn Umar reported: The Prophet ‎ﷺ said:

There are no days greater and more beloved to Allah than these ten days of Dhul Hijjah, so increase in them your declaration of the oneness of Allah, your exaltation of Him, and your praise of Him.”

Musnad Aḥmad 5446

Qataḍāh: Allaah created Angels with reason and no desire, animals with desire and no reason, and humans with both reason and desire.

If his reason is stronger than his desire, he is like an Angel, on the other hand, if his desires are stronger, he is like an animal.

Begin 'Eīd With Lowering The Gaze

Some of the companions of Sufyān ath-Thawrī said: "We went out with ath-Thawrī on the day of 'Eīd and he said: 'Verily, the first thing we will begin our day with is lowering the gaze."

Ḥasān Ibn Abī Sinān went out for the 'Eīd and when he returned his wife said to him:

"How many beautiful women did you see today?"

And when she persisted he replied: "I did not look at anything except my thumb from the time I went out until I returned to you!

Ask Allāh In Comfort Before Discomfort

Prophet Muḥammad Ṣallallāhu-'Alaihi Wa Sallam said:

“Whoever is pleased that Allāh responds to him during difficulty and grief then let him supplicate (to Allāh) plentifully in ease.”‏

People strive to preserve the physical health of their hearts, so they avoid everything that harms them, and they neglect to preserve their spiritual health, so they do not avoid the things that corrupt the hearts, the greatest of which are six: attachment to other than Allāh, indulgence in useless thinking, and excessive socializing, talking, sleeping, and eating. The rational believer avoids this, so guard your hearts from them.
Ibn Qudamah said in Al-Mughni [7/1]: I heard someone mentioning that the reason for his death (i.e. Al-Kharqi) was that he spoke against a munkar in Damascus; He was struck, and thus he died.
Al-Imam Khallal [234-311H] (رحمه الله) reported:

Abu Abdillah narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ma’mar, from Ibn Tawus, from his father from Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه): “And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then it is those who are the disbelievers.” [Quran 5:44] He said: “It is kufr (disbelief), but not like the one who disbelieves in Allah, His angels, His Books, and His messengers.”

Abu Abdillah narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata [27-115H] (رحمه الله); he said: “Kufr lesser than Kufr, and Thalim (oppression) lesser than thalim, and Fisq (disobedience) less than Fisq (disobedience).”

Abu Abdillah narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Sa’id Al-Makki, from Tawus [12-106H], he said: “It is not kufr that removes one from the religion”

Abu Abdillah narrated to us, he said: Abd Ar-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ma’mar narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, he said: “Ibn Abbas was asked about His (Allah's) saying: “And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then it is those who are the disbelievers.” [Quran 5:44] He said: “This is kufr.” Ibn Tawus said: “But not like the one who disbelieves in Allah, His angels, His Books, and His messengers.’”

[As-Sunnah by Khallal 4/158-160]

The first, second and fourth's isnad are all sahih, and the third; its narrators are thiqah (trustworthy)

Do not neglect fasting tomorrow and the day after, Monday and Tuesday, which are Tasu'a and Ashura. These are among the confirmed practices of the Sunnah. For those who fast for three days, it is recommended for the believer to fast three days of each month. We ask Allah, who granted victory to Moses alayhis-salam on such a day, to grant victory to the oppressed everywhere.

Shaykh Muḥammad Ibn Ṣāliḥ al-‘Uthaymīn

“Knowledge; if a person conveys it to someone, then this is a gift.

Wallahi, it’s from the best of gifts. Better than wealth!”

The Jews don't want you to:

● Pray 5 times a day
● Read Qur'an
● Live as per sunnah
● Get married before 25
● Have more children

You can defeat Jews just by following the above steps. Easy.
