From 'Abdullāh bin 'Amr bin al-'Āṣ, who traced it back to the Prophet ﷺ:

“The merciful ones are shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Be merciful to those on the earth, and the One above the heavens will have mercy upon you.”

Reported by al-Bukhārī 3074, Ibn Mājah 2849, and others.

هَٰذَا خَلْقُ اللَّهِ فَأَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقَ الَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ بَلِ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ

This is Allah’s creation. Now show Me what those [gods] other than Him have created. In fact, the wrongdoers are clearly astray.

One of the biggest problems, besides music and other haram things, in many games is: drawings of people and other living things.

Just like the Ash'aris, Christians are now trying to claim anyone famous so that they can feel special and act stronger.
