However, the postponement of judgment should not be taken as a sign that the judgment isn't coming.
Contrary we should use it to repent,
and we are warned not to harden our hearts and treasure up for ourselves wrath as it is written;
โBut you after your hard heart that cannot repent, you heap together the treasure of wrath against the day of vengeance, when shall be opened the righteous judgment of Godโ (Romans 2:5)
63.
And we see that He โwill reward every man according to his deeds,
that is to say, praise, honour and immortality, to them which continue in good doing, and seek eternal life.
But unto them that are rebellious and disobey the truth, yet follow iniquity, shall come indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish upon the soul of every man that does evil.โ (Romans 2:6-9)
64.
So we have now seen from the Bible that it is abundantly clear that we all have sinned,
and according to Godโs holy law, rightly deserve the death penalty and an eternity in the lake of fire.

"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it issues life."
(Proverbs 4:23)
The heart of man will decide his or her life.
The heart - it is the innermost value and what a person really, really wants.
Either the heart wants to go God's way.
Or it wants to be his/her own boss and go his/her own way.
If you at heart, really want to do God's will, then make sure to keep your heart that way.
The Bible warns that hearts can be harden:
โtoday if you will hear His voice,
harden not your hearts.โ (Hebrews 4:7)
And tells us to keep our hearts:
"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it issues life."
(Proverbs 4:23)
This is what we want to do every day.
Making sure to keep our hearts.
Yes having:
A heart that really Love You Jesus.
A heart that really longs for You God.
A heart that only want to please You God.

The Good news
You might say; โMan, this looks bad.
I thought this was about good news, but this is certainly not good news.โ
66.
The truth might be hard, but now we come to the good news.
โYou mean that there is hope for me?โ
67.
Yes, God knew that there was nothing that we could do,
and even though He by no means had a duty to help us,
He decided to help, even though it came at a very high price for Himself.
The price for this was so high that the human brain cannot understand such an enormous level of love, as it is written;
โto know what is the love of Christ, which love passes knowledgeโ
(Ephesians 3:19)

Looking at a flower, we see an incredible amount of beautiful details.
From this we understand that God really cares about the details in our lives.
Jesus told us in Matthew 6:28 to "consider the lilies."
When God cares about details in flowers, He cares much more about us, as it is written in Matthew 6:30:
"Wherefore if God so clothes the grass which is today in the field and tomorrow shall be cast into the furnace, shall He not much more do the same unto you"
God cares about the details in our lives so much that even the very hairs on our heads are counted as we see in Luke 12:7 where Jesus says:
"even the very hairs of your heads are numbered."
And continues:
"Fear not therefore"
When caring about even such small details, you know that God really cares about you!

None of us deserved any help,
but โGod so loved the world, that He gave His only Son,
that none that believes in Him should perish, but should have everlasting life.โ
(John 3:16)
And โGod sets out His love that He has to us, seeing that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.โ
(Romans 5:8)
He loved us so much, that whilst we were yet sinners, Christ died for us!
69.
You might say; โCan explain this in more detail?โ
Again, this cannot be explained in just a few sentences, but as this is the most important in our lives, time has to be spent on it.
70.
We have already seen that we all have sinned and deserve the death penalty.
So how could God save us from our well-deserved judgment without breaking His own laws?

The first thing to understand is the basic fact that only an innocent person could take the penalty for a guilty person.
Why?
If someone is sentenced to life in prison, he is already in prison for life.
He cannot take a life sentence for another person
Only a free, innocent person could take the life in prison sentence on behalf of another person. (Given that the law opened for another to take the penalty of the guilty person.)
72.
As we all are guilty, none of us could have taken the penalty for any other person.
The only solution was for an innocent person to be born to earth, to live the life on earth without doing any sin, and then die in our place.
73.
No ordinary human could ever have done it, so the only option was for God Himself to come to earth and die for us lawbreakers,
and that God Himself took our death penalty โ so we can go free.
