طيب تعال الاول نحكي قصة صغيرة كدة قبل ما نعرف يعني شنو UI/UX Design ..

لو انا مثلاً صاحب بزنس ..Business وبقدم منتجات للمستخدمين، فاول حاجة بفكر فيها هي كيف انه اقدم احسن خدمة للمستخدمين عشان يشتروا او يستخدموا المنتج بتاعي .. صح كدة؟

نفس الفكرة كدة بنطبقها ع Software Development … بتختلف اشكال Software Products يعني ممكن تكون في شكل Website او Mobile App مثلا .. حلو كدة؟

بعديها بفكر إنه كيف اقدم احسن شكل يتعامل معاه الشخص اللي هيستخدم Website او Mobile App

وده بنسميه User Experience (UX).

نيجي كمان للثاني User Interface (UI)
بكل بساطة ده عبارة عن Elements اللي المستخدم هيتعامل معاها في App زي Buttons و Icons وهكذا.
