الـ Machine Learning أو تعلم الآلة هو نوع من أنواع (الذكاء الاصطناعي AI) يسمح للتطبيقات البرمجية بأن تؤدي مهام معينة بدون برمجتها بشكل صريح ويتم ذلك عن طريق تصميم وتطوير خوارزميات قادرة على تعليم نفسها بنفسها، وتحليل الأنماط المختلفة من البيانات وإيجاد حلول سريعة دون الحاجة إلى تدخل الإنسان في كل أمر أو مشكلة تحدث أمام الآلة.

تعلن الأمانة الأكاديمية بكلية العلوم الرياضية - جامعة الخرطوم عن إقامة ورشة بعنوان ال (Machine learning - تعلّم الآلة).
تحتوي الورشة على أربع جلسات تقام في يومي السبت والخميس من كل أسبوع في تمام الساعة الثامنة و النصف بتوقيت السودان 8:30 على صفحات الجمعية في فيسبوك وتليجرام، ستختتم الورشة بمسابقة تقدم فيها جوائز قيمة.
الورشة يقدمها الطالب محمد الطيب وأدناه تعريف مختصر عنه:
- طالب بكالوريوس في السنة الثانية في كلية العلوم الرياضية و المعلوماتية قسم علوم الحاسوب.
- خبير في مسابقات Kaggle.
- حائز على المرتبة الأولى في السودان في كل من Zindi و Kaggle.
- حائز على المرتبة 1950 من 195000 عالميا في Kaggle ( أي أعلى 1% )
- حاصل على 3 ميداليات برونزية في مسابقات ML الدولية.
- مرشد في IndabaX السودان لعام 2022.

The Machine Learning or ML is a type of (Artificial Intelligence AI ) that allows software applications to perform certain tasks without being explicitly programmed and this is done by designing and developing algorithms capable of teaching themselves, analyzing various patterns of data and finding quick solutions without the need for human intervention in every command or problem that occurs in front of the machine.

The academic Secretariat of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences - University of Khartoum announces the establishment of a workshops entitled (Machine Learning).
The workshop contains four sessions that will be held on Saturday and Thursday of each week at exactly half past eight 8:30 PM (Sudan Time Zone GMT+2) on the association's Facebook and Telegram pages, the workshop will conclude with a contest in which valuable prizes will be presented.
The workshop is presented by Mohammed Al-Tayeb and below is a brief definition of him:
- A second-year bachelor's degree student at the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences and Informatics, department of Computer Science.
- Expert in Kaggle competitions.
- Winner of the first place in Sudan in both Zindi and Kaggle.
- Ranked 1950th out of 195,000 globally by Kaggle (i.e. top 1% )
- Winner of 3 bronze medals at international ML competitions.
- A mentor at IndabaX Sudan for 2022.
