🔎Yoga as exercise is a physical activity, yoga as a spiritual concept is the unison of body, mind and spirit.
For the first time, yoga classes were held for young women and girls of Berd between August - September, 2020 by Frontline Youth Network ☮️

🔔We are excited to share some great updates on our recent activities!
On January, 2021, March for Young People and Women's Empowerment was organized in Berd community aimed at:
1. Raising awareness and empowering borderline youth and women on mental health by marching.
2. Bringing up their stories to the wider public by the art of storytelling.
As result, we have developed 16 small stories on people’s voices, available on our social media platforms and on the web: 📷https://bit.ly/3dq58uv
📝 This March is part of CDN’s Annual Work Plan “Art for the Young, the Queer, the Feminists of Eastern Europe

Capacity building session #2 for frontline youth of #Berd community organized by @fynarmenia 🦸🏼♀️
Today’s study session was focused on project development based on needs, smart goals and the theory of change as a tool for planning.
As a result, the participants suggested strengthening partnership with local institutions, such as a public library to transform the place into a non-formal educational hub for youth.

🗓 On May 1, in cooperation with Yezidi Center for Human Rights NGO, the meeting on the theme of "National minorities in Armenia, human rights and Yezidi community" took place.
For frontline youth, the topic was highly informative and interesting. In the end, further cooperation and mutual visits were discussed. 🤞
To remind, this was our first event in our newly established youth community center in Berd. We are looking forward for your visit too... 😉
