It's come to our attention that some crypto scammers are joining furry groups with borrowed avatars and somewhat complete profiles, they don't register as bots at first and probably have actual human operators, we've been pretty diligent in removing suspicious members who fit certain patterns and criteria to fall under suspicion of being such entities, but inevitably, some will fall through the cracks.

The most important detail is that it seems some of these scammers are abusing the lack of good privacy setup of newer or inexperienced members on this platform, so this PSA is a reminder for such telegram members in our communities to always check their privacy settings, recent scams rely on joining a group and using the member list to find members whose privacy settings for group invites is set to 'everyone', allowing them to invite them without their consent into their crypto scam chats, every Telegram client has the capacity to change your privacy settings in a granular manner.
