Also there is a spring called as chashma e shafaa (Spring of Healing), around 30 kms from the city center of Mazar e Shareef. It is believed that the water hold some magical power of healing your bodily injuries.

The story behind it was covered in the video although i didn't went there as there is no maqam related to any Prophets or Sahaba.
Ep-71 : Chashma e Hayat or Aab e Hayat (Water of Eternal Life) and another chashma e shafaa (Spring of Healing), and the tomb of another one of masters of Imam Bukhari in Baghlan (Propbably a Tabee or a Taba e tabee) #LostMaqam

Chashma e Hayat : In the videos I have explained that Chashma e Hayat was the third most important maqam that I needed to cover in Afghanistan but as I went to the ministry of Info and Culture to get the permission, they clearly denied me permission to visit any religious shrine in the city.

This is the second time this is happening. Wahhabi cleric forbidding me to go to a shrine that they consider biddat (innovation). First time it happened in Ghazni when they assigned a guide who overlooked your every move. It was really frustrating to sit in one room with a guy who clearly doesn't understand the importance of preserving the history and culture of a province. It's so weird that they gave me permission to visit every historic sites in Samangan but all religious sites were banned.

Alas, I am really sad that I couldn't go there. I have the coordinates of the location of Chashma e hayat but I don't have any pics.

I did however recorded the conversation that i had with that cleric in the ministry and i want to expose this hypocrisy to the world.

Coordinates of the Chashma (not exact but it's somewhere here.)

After exiting samamngan I found another chashma e shafaa (Spring of Healing) in Baghlan province. The story related to this chashma is with an awliya whose ziarat is at the top of a mountain. Didn't went there as i was getting late for kunduz.
On my way to kunduz I found the burial site of yet another masters of hadith, masters of Imam bukhari r.a in Baghlan main city. His name is Hz Qutaybah bin Baghlani r.a and he is either a Tabee or a Taba Tabee (I still have to work on the translation though). He is considered as the Pir of spiritual of whole city people of Baghlan.
My Last Quest in Afghanistan : Finding the truth about Imam Sahib in Kunduz.

The last place that i will cover before heading to Tajikistan is Imam Sahib in Kunduz. This shrine is very close to the border from where i will enter Tajikistan and start my short journey of yet another beautiful country there.

The mystery surrounding Imam Sahib is that some people regard this place as the burial place of the head of Imam Yahya (the shrine that i covered in Sar e Pol). But according to some legends and stories, some people believe that it is the burial place of the head of Imam Hussein a.s

Now I know the most prominent burial site of the head of Imam Hussein a.s is in Cairo, Egypt.

But according to the head of foreign department in the ministry of Information and Culture, Afghani people believes that his head is buried here and not in Egypt.

Hmm,....Interesting. Let's see let's see what can i gather from the people. Although i know for sure that his head is buried in Cairo, Egypt. Let's see.
S1 Ep72 : Last Episode

As expected. The story goes here that the head of Imam Hussein a.s was brought here from Ashkelon (Palestime) during crusades wars when a sum amount of 3000 dirhams were given as a bribe to the soldiers. Some people believe this fact and some believe it to be the burial place of the head of Imam Yahya r.a and not Imam Hussein a.s

Allah knows exactly how much truth this claim holds but certainly this place holds that spiritual aura that it certainly connected to the Ahl e bayt

Full translation needs to be done of the info tablet but this is what the place holds.

Truly mesmerizing.
This is it. That's the end of Afghanistan journey as well as season 1. Truly it feels like I have achieved something.

Alhamdulillahi rabbil alaameen.
